The episode starts with Akshay telling Manjari to sit next to him. Manjari sits on the bed.
Akshay : i can tolerate evrything but not ur NAARAZGI. . .
Manjari : its quite late, u should sleep.
Akshay : (holds her hand) manjari, plz dont say like this, (gets up and sit) . .u remember when we came to Mumbai, u were so upset with me bcoz of that Sanjay Sharma, i had felt so bad. that day was the worst day of my life. i can never forget that moment. . (holds her face. .) {omg. . feeling bad for AKSHU. . .} And then he sleeps leaving a thinking Manjari.
Its morning, Akshay suddenly gets up with a hangover and thinks "oh no, i drank too much yesterday. Dont know what what i said? where is Manjari " The maid brings tea for Akshay and tells that Manjari went ov and leaves. Akshay thinks "Manjari went without telliog me. She never did this before. Dont know what she mite be thinking after last night inciddnt"
In office, Manjari writes in her diary, "Last night, got to see a different side of Akshay. He said a lot which forced me to think. Akshay just dont do bak bak like me. There is meaning behind his words. mite be i m taking it wrong. he was nt in his senses. May be i m simply trying to find meaning in his words" and closes her diary. . .{Har Ek Zindagi YIH track played. .}She thinks "i know no one cares for me more than him. He is my best friend. wants to see me happy anyhow. but it was sumthing different in his voice yesterday." And remembers flashbacks of Akshays words last night. "Does Akshay really with me? its my fault. he always cared for me. Bcoz of Sanjay, he saw me in that staue, he left his home and career and came behind me. I never thought that his future is there with Puja di. . {nahiiii. . . }Its bcoz of me. Akshay got mislead. . oh god what should i do? "
Anushka and Kabir r having an argument over non payment of their loan dues. Kabir dint got payment of his work. Anushka complains about doing unnecessary expenses inspite knowing that her job is in danger. on which Kabir gets angry and says nice gift of argument on Valentine day. Just then Akshay cums getting ready and they stop their argument. Akshay says sorry for last night. I dont drink at all and it was too much yesterday. Dont know what i said. Anushka says its ok, parties r to enjoy. Akshay says yes but i think i did a very big mistake, see Manjari went to office without telling, she never did like this before. Anushka says i dont think u did anything wrong, infact u did right? A person says the truth when he is not in his senses and u also did like that. U said ur feelings which u had hid it sumwhere. Kabir says it is important to say ur feelings, its that Manjari was a little shocked. Akshay asks what I said like this? Anushka says nothing Manjari was little disturbed to see u in drunk state for first time. And she asks Akshay if he is cuming to office with her. And they both leave.
In the office, Manjari is doing, instructing the preparations of Valentines day fest. Their friend employee praises Manjari for doing so good arrangement in less budget and time. Manjari gets happy. Akshay cums.
Akshay : there is magic in Manjari's hand. Whatever she touches turns gold. does every work with her heart thats why there is beauty in her work. (their friend leaves. . ) Manjari. .
But Manjari turns and goes to do her work. .
Akshay : u came without telling. . .(Manjari working . ) wil do all work alone. should have wake me up . .(Akshay cums and stands in front of her. . ) Manjari, it was little more yesterday.. . I m really sorry . .plz forgive me. . (catching his ears. ). .
Manjari : Everyone does mstake in life Akshay. See here, LOVE. . what is the bigger mistake than this? Its such a big celebration in the name of Love, Valentines day. It looks that there is love in flowers, love in colors but when u feel then where is Love? To give greetings is said Love, Whats this V day, an event to party, to decorate balloons, flowers. Is it love? All is fake. its just filmy thing. Love is like these flowers. Today in vase and 2moro in dustbin.
Akshay thinks "Today is Valentines day and the whole world is celebrating love but there is just pain in Manjari's heart. If she loses faith in love. . ."

Manjari looks at him and moves away. . .And thinks . "Why I m not able to understand him? The way he is walking, there is jusT pain. We are friends and wil always be." Whereas Akshay thinks "I believe in LOVE, I can feel that love every moment. My life's biggest sadness and truth is that I will never be able to tell my DIL KI BAAT to u . .". . EPISODE ENDS. . .
