Naina is in Akriti's bedroom, trying to explain to her why she has to demote her, as she can not do the job, which is required of her position, so she would promote either Seema or Akul, who are more willing to work for the business. She will also have to revert to her old salary, as she will have to give more to one of the others, who will be doing the work. Naina tells her that Akul and Seema are getting customers for their business. She puts the blame on Kaka, for her not being able to work for the business, and talks loudly, so that Kaka can hear her from outside. In the meantime, Akriti notices her father outside, and understands why Naina is doing this and has a vague smile on her face. Naina wishes her "Happy Holi" and goes out.
When Naina walks out of the room, she looks at Kaka, and goes down. Kaka, goes into Akriti's room, and tells her to go down and do the public relations work. Calls Shyamal, and tells her to take Akriti down, and see that she does not play holi, but interacts with the guests.
When Shyamal and Akriti come to the courtyard, Vibha is surprised and how come Akriti has come down, and she tells her this is Naina's doing. She tricked her father, that he had no other way than to send her down to earn some money.
Akriti goes around trying to find Naina, and she bumps into no other than Ayush. Akriti goes to complain to Daksh, and Ayush tries to explain, but she does not wait to listen.
Sanket and Rohini argue, and he asks her why she is trying to hide. He can not understand. Akriti brings Daksh and wants to show him Ayush but he is no where to be found. She thinks he ran way, out of fright, and then Sushant calls Daksh and he goes to meet him. As Sushant wants to make an announcement, Lekha accosts Daksh and offers him her wishes for the Holi. Sushant is in great form, with his bhang, and asks Daksh why he is so much against celebrating holi. He is tipsy. Akriti comes to Daksh with some color, and Daksh tells her he does not like it, and wonders, what would her father say. Sushant hears it, and laughs.
Lekha tells Daksh that Sushant just wants to instigate him, and tells Daksh, if she can put color on his cheeks, and he says, that if it makes her happy, she can go ahead. Naina is watching them and her curiosity increases. Daksh in return colors the cheeks of Lekha. To celebrate this even, Sushant starts a drunken song, and entertains the crowd. Akriti sprays water on Sushant's face, and he runs chasing after her. From behind, Ayush comes and splashes a colored baloon on his back, and Akriti stops and upbraids Ayush, and then Sushant comes and joins. Akriti tells that Ayush is after her, and Sushant adds his bit, to flare up the conversation. He catches the ears of Ayush and smiles, and Akriti just stares at them. Sushant hugs Ayush, and tells Akriti "Pagli - he is not chasing you. He is Ayush, and works with me in the office." He tells her further, "His face is so mild, and you thought he was a 'tapori'?" Vibha calls Akriti away to serve drinks. She goes away.
At the bar, Ayush comes to meet Akriti, and she apologizes to him. He asks her to serve him a cold drink, and she says, "zaroor" and offers him. Kaka is on the look out for his prey. Sushant comes to the bar, and takes two glasses and pours the cold drink, and takes the bhang from his pocket and mixes one for himself, and the other for his friend "Ciintoo". Akriti watches in surprise. Ayush asks him "What are you doing?" Sushant is not in this world. Akriti takes the tray of drinks and goes round and stops in front of her father, and offers him a drink. He asks her if she made any contacts, and then Ayush comes there, and she introduces him to her father, and tells him that his wedding is next month, and he says, "Ji, hahn". Father is happy. Kaka too has taken the bhang laced drink, and he and Sushant both knock each other and a cartoon show follows.
Sushant is at the bar, lifting the table cloth, and looking below it, and Lekha comes and asks him, "What are you doing here?" He is tipsy, and totters, and tells her "I do not know".
Ayush meets Akriti again, as she is taking the drinks around, and offers him a drink, (may be laced) and smiles. Her father is thirsty and wants more to drink, and she goes to him and gives him more to loosen his nerves.
Vibha calls every one for dinner, and they go to the buffet table, and Rohini sees the food and gets nausea. Sanket is worried, and the mother asks her what is wrong.
Naina is busy with the tables, and Daksh comes to her to help. Lekha too comes there and says, "Garam, garam, pokode, will you eat some?" As Daksh shows interest, Naina walks away, to give them their space, may be with doubts in her head. Perhaps the pangs of love are sprouting in her heart, and she is loathe to admit it. Daksh too is indifferent to the feelings of others. He takes one snack, as Lekha puts it in his mouth, and Naina watches his reaction.
