In Daksh’s office, we are shown the two of them, Daksh and Naina busy with their work. Naina wants to bring out the subject of Lekha and the lie told by Daksh but does not want to hurt him. She tells him that he should appear more pleasing and adjusts his shirt sleeves to make him look less stiff. Daksh on the other hand wants to have the upper hand, and dismisses her, and asks her when the appointments are, and says he has to meet Mr. Chaterjee, and Naina thinks of what he said yesterday, and Daksh also realizing it, tells her another lie, that he could not meet him as he was busy with something else. Naina overlooks all this, and then Daksh is going through some of his papers and notices that his peon has not done the photo copies, and is ruffled, and calls him and gives him a rough time. Naina does not like it, and she remarks to him, that he does not like others telling lies to him, and asks if he has ever lied, and he diverts the topic and then he gets a call from Lekha. They also get a reminder from Mr. Singhania, and as Daksh is engaged with handling Lekha’s business, he tells Naina to go ahead and meet Singhania and take down notes on his case. Naina leaves.
In Naina’s office, Akul and Seema are at work. Nikhil is not to be seen there. Outside, a posh car stops, and a man with the sunglasses, steps out, and gingerly walks into the room. He has a paper on which is written, Doli – Baraat. He walks in, removes his sun-glasses and wishes them, “Hello Dolly, Hello Bharat” and they smile at him, and say that is not their name. The man tells him that his name is Akul and the girl is Seema. They think he has come for a wedding plan, so they ask him to take a seat. They ask him when the wedding is, and he says, everything is ready, except the bride. They find it funny and intriguing. Just then Akriti comes in. The sun-glass man turns and recognizes her, and stands up, and he introduces himself. Tells Akriti that he is Ayush, and offers his hand to shake, but Akriti is silent, and again he tells her that his name is Ayush, and she tells him, “Oh, jee, Akriti” and shakes his hand. “How nice to meet you Ms O.G.Akriti”, and hands over the bill that she had dropped. When Akriti sees this, she remembers how they met in the mall, and thanks him. Ayush leaves.
In the meantime, they all decide to work on the art work, and are busy, as Shridar Kaka looks at them from the courtyard. He enters, and tries to show off, as the staff show him their respects. He gets elated, and goes to Akriti and tries to ask her if she has been promoted, and if she has been given more salary. He tells her that if she has not got it, he has something up his sleeve, to get it. He has a bright idea, of starting Shridar Designs. He tells his daughter to chuck off this job and start her own, and suggests his name: Shridar Designs. Akriti pours cold water on his idea, and tells him, that she will not leave Naina. If whatever she has been able to do was because of her, and she will never ditch her at any costs. Shridar is crestfallen and walks away.
Naina is on the way to meet Mr. Singhania, and he is already in the restaurant, waiting for her. She wishes him, and Singhania orders coffee and tea, and Naina wants to start work on the case, but he tries to delay, and tries to play Romeo with her. He praises her for her clothes, her beauty and tries to make proposition to her, but Naina is not bullied by it, and she tells him that she wants to take down notes on his case. As Singhania goes on with his romantic talk, Naina gets fed up of him and stands to go away, and then he holds her by the hands and insults her, “Who wants to deal with a third rate secretary like you?” and would have said more, but his eyes fall on the one who has just entered, and he stops in his tracks and lets off her hand, and Daksh glares at him and the rest is for the next episode
In Patwardan home, Rohini is in bed, and does not feel well, and her mother is doting on her. She expects that Rohini is going to be a mother soon, and thanks God, and gives her a kiss on her forehead, and asks her to rest.
