Many film-makers in the West have focused on the closeted gay, an unassuming person who likes to remain in the shadows. Similarly, a lot many films have captured the trauma and anguish of the bereaved parents when their child is no more. MEMORIES IN MARCH [English; with generous usage of Hindi and Bengali] is not just about the relationship between gay lovers, but also looks at the suffering and pain a mother goes through when her son dies in a road accident. Much later, a bigger shock awaits her when she learns that her only child had a male lover. Suddenly, she discovers chapters in her son's life that she didn't know.

MEMORIES IN MARCH is more about the bonding between a mother and the deceased son's lover and how they unite in grief. Initially reluctant to accept him, the mother and the son's lover come to terms with the harsh realities of life.

A film like MEMORIES IN MARCH treads on a hitherto unknown path and I genuinely feel that such stories need to be told. It's a coming out of closet film that would encourage more people to open up and accept their sexuality with pride. Director Sanjoy Nag handles alternative sexuality with the sensitivity it demands. The film keeps you hooked for most parts thanks to a taut screenplay that never deviates from the core issue. Especially the concluding portions, when the mother leaves the city with precious memories of people who loved her son dearly.




Several questions haunted me much after the conclusion of the film. Whose grief was more real - the mother's loss of her son or the lover's loss of a companion? Or, as Rituparno Ghosh rightly put it, is there such a thing as a hierarchy of grief?

MEMORIES IN MARCH has been a fav in the festival circuit, garnering tremendous praise and accolades by film aficionados. And the praise seems worth it. More for a discerning audience, the director captures the agony of both, the mother and the son's lover brilliantly. The interesting part is that not once do you get a glimpse of the deceased son/lover. There's not even a pic suggesting what he looked like. He's absent all through the film, but the presence, despite his physical absence, is very powerful.

Like several films made by Rituparno Ghosh, MEMORIES IN MARCH also has three principal characters, either conversing in rooms or in cars. But not once do you feel that the narrative tends to get talk-heavy or the film looks cramped thanks to the smooth handling of the delicate subject. Also, the idea of ownership - the mother thinks that no one knows her son better than her - is indeed interesting. The movie becomes even more watchable when the characters share memories of the young man they all loved in various ways. Moreover, Rituparno's films have a proper beginning, middle and end, while MEMORIES IN MARCH, though having a proper culmination, gives this uneasy feeling of some deficiency or should I say incompleteness.

Yet, I wish to add that MEMORIES IN MARCH gets repetitive towards the middle of the second hour. It actually stagnates as the story comes to a screeching half. Besides, the movie unravels at a lethargic pace at this point, which would've been fine had there been some momentum in the story.

Debojyoti Mishra's music is mesmerizing. 'Sakhi Hum' is soothing, yet there's something haunting about it that compels you to listen to it again and again. 'Ajeeb Dawat', in the voice of Shail Hada, who proved his mettle in GUZAARISH, is equally lilting. Soumik Halder's camera captures the various moods with finesse.

The film is embellished with remarkable performances. Deepti Naval is brilliant as the mother who, after her son's demise, discovers shocking truths pertaining to his male lover. The animosity and hostility and also the feeling that the son was exploited by his boss [she's in denial initially] comes across exceptionally on screen. The anger, the confrontational attitude, the shock, the sadness, every aspect is wonderfully natural.

This is acclaimed film-maker Rituparno Ghosh's second stint as an actor and though he's a far better director than an actor, it must be said that he puts his best foot forward in this film. It's a sincere, heartfelt performance and he, along with Deepti, makes you feel the pain of having lost someone very dear. As a colleague who once had a crush on Deepti's son, Raima Sen is noteworthy. However, her character's sudden exit just doesn't sound right.

On the whole, MEMORIES IN MARCH is more for the discerning viewer and the festival circuit. Unfortunately, the film has had an unsung release, with hardly any promotion or awareness, which will make the effort go unnoticed. However, if you wish to listen to an untold story that's sensibly treated with some wonderful performances, I would surely recommend MEMORIES IN MARCH to you.

It's back to the theatres after a sabbatical. GAME is crucial for Abhishek Bachchan. Also for director Abhinay Deo, this being his first release [though he had signed DELHI BELLY much before he made GAME]. So let's figure out how exciting this game is...

Recall Vijay Anand's whodunit TEESRI MANZIL. Also recollect Vijay Anand's crime thriller JEWEL THIEF. Now reminisce Raj Khosla's suspense thriller WOH KAUN THI?. Also revisit Biren Nag's eerie suspense saga BEES SAAL BAAD. Several decades and several screenings later, you still relish those films. These films worked for varied reasons. Melodious music. Taut screenplay. Most importantly, it was hard to guess the identity of the 'culprit' till the very end.

Hindi cinema is undergoing a major metamorphosis. But the rules of the game haven't changed. A whodunit should keep your interest alive till the penultimate moments. Besides, the identity of the killer/culprit should come as a shock, when the veil of secrecy is lifted. Also, the logic or rationale behind the goings-on needs to be convincing and relatable at the same time. Unfortunately, GAME misfires on all three counts.

The problem with GAME is manifold. First and foremost, first-time storyteller Abhinay Deo serves a slick-flick that's devoid of meat. It's all about narrating interesting stories and how convincingly do they translate on celluloid, but Abhinay seems to be under the notion that stunning locales and vibrant/energetic action pieces compensate for a tight/cohesive script. Nope, they don't!

Another problem with the film is that the screenplay [penned by Althea Delmas Kaushal] goes for a toss after an electrifying first hour. In fact, I'd go to the extent of saying that the first and second halves are diametrically opposite in terms of content and also the impact they leave. While the first hour succeeds in holding your attention thanks to the interesting twists and turns [never mind the slow pacing at times] and flows like a breeze, the second hour simply tests your patience. It's puzzling and confusing, with everyone pretending to be Sherlock Holmes.

Moreover, the second hour is formulaic and takes the most convenient route to reach the finale [more on that later]. Agree, Hindi films abound in cinematic liberties, but the implausible screenplay takes not just the cake, but the bakery away. The finale is so weird and amateurish that one wonders, how did the director and such experienced producers approve it at the script level itself?

Young, lively and satirical. That, in short, summarizes F.A.L.T.U., helmed by director Remo D'Souza [his first Hindi film; he had directed a Bengali film before].

Come to think of it, a number of choreographers - right from Kamal, Saroj Khan, Chinni Prakash and B.H. Tharun Kumar to Farah Khan, Ahmed Khan and Ganesh Acharya - have accepted the challenge of going beyond their boundaries of work. Call it a coincidence, their first attempts have never been musicals or dance-based affairs - something that the viewer would naturally expect from them. Now Remo sets his maiden effort F.A.L.T.U. in a college campus, casts young talents and comes up with a film that has loads of energy, plus a message before it concludes


There's talk that F.A.L.T.U. is a mishmash of the 2006 Hollywood movie ACCEPTED. In fact, the Hindi film industry had already made mincemeat of it in a film called ADMISSIONS OPEN, which released last year. It was so poorly crafted that it arrived and departed without making any noise.



Again, ACCEPTED wasn't an original piece of work. It borrowed from two films, ANIMAL HOUSE and CAMP NOWHERE, with a bit of VAN WILDER thrown in. Remo, on the other hand, may be inspired by ACCEPTED [although the story is credited to Sachin Bajaj], but screenplay writers Mayur Puri and Tushar Hiranandani give it a desi feel to suit the Indian sensibilities. Besides, like Rajkumar Hirani's iconic Hit 3 IDIOTS, F.A.L.T.U. drives home a message in its penultimate moments.

F.A.L.T.U. gives its take on the educational system, but it's far from serious and preachy. With foot-tapping songs and energetic choreography [naturally, with Remo at the helm], loads of humor and tremendous youth appeal, F.A.L.T.U. is more of a fun ride that's wildly aimed at the youth in particular. In fact, I'd go to the extent of saying that the film reflects the attitude of Gen X.

On the flip side, the writing could've been tighter. In fact, F.A.L.T.U. vacillates constantly between interesting and implausible moments as four young students decide to set up a fake educational institution within, hold your breath, one day. Also, the writers indulge in too many cinematic liberties, so much so that you lose count after a point. The redeeming aspect is its musical score and the magnificent execution of these tracks.

F.A.L.T.U. is a story of coming of age of today's youth. They don't choose a different path, but create one. It tells the story of a group of friends who are considered a total waste. Thanks to their terrible grades, Jackky, Angad and Pooja don't get admission in a college. That's when Jackky gets a brainwave: Why not start a University with the help of his friends? That's how Fakirchand And Lakirchand Trust University [F.A.L.T.U.] takes shape.

Jackky seeks help from a friend, Arshad Warsi, who in turn gets Riteish Deshmukh, a school teacher, to play the part of the Principal. Jackky's plans go kaput when several academic rejects show up at the door, hoping for an education.

There have been several college comedies in the past and though times have changed, not much has changed when it comes to films set in college campus. And let me add, F.A.L.T.U. doesn't claim to be an innovator too. It's a full-on masala film, more of a fun ride, with the real drama setting in only towards its penultimate moments. Sure, one does feel that F.A.L.T.U. is mired in seen-it-all-before situations, but what saves the film is the masala quotient that doesn't let you take it seriously.

But the film falters at places. Though it thrives on jokes, some of the yarns fall flat and aren't as enjoyable. Besides, like I pointed out at the outset, the film abounds in cinematic liberties. How do the friends raise money to set up a University in a single day? Everything is taken care of in mere 24 hours - right from finding a huge mansion that can pass off as a University, to renovating it, to getting the required furniture, to funding for the accommodation of the students, food, booze et al. Now that seems too hard to digest!

Also, the character of Arshad Warsi comes across as unreal. I mean, how does he have a solution [and money] for every problem?

But despite the absurdities and illogicalities, F.A.L.T.U. strikes a chord towards its final moments. The event in the finale [the choreography is astounding] and Jackky's take on the educational system drives home a bitter truth. The finale, let me add, and prior to that the video interviews of several real-life experts add zing to the proceedings.

Director Remo D'Souza's fundas are clear: Let's entertain! In fact, the film is targeted at the youth and it is this segment that will identify with it more than any age-group. One of the aces of the film is, without doubt, its musical score. Generally, a film-maker considers himself lucky if even one track hits the top charts, but in this case, not one or two, but four songs have become hugely popular with the youth. 'Chaar Baj Gaye' [the anthem of the youth], 'Bhoot Aaya', 'Fully Faltu' and 'Le Ja Tu Mujhe' only prove how skilled and proficient young music composers Sachin-Jigar are. This one's a smash hit score. Besides, Remo's topnotch choreography enhances the impact of the songs. Vijay Arora's cinematography is up to the mark. I'd like to make a special note of the dialogue, which are very well worded at places.

The four youngsters get almost equal prominence in this enterprise. Jackky grabs the opportunity with both his hands and delivers a charming, charismatic performance. His dances boast of unique steps, not the run of the mill kind. Pooja looks lovely and enacts her part with utmost confidence. Angad Bedi is a revelation. Ditto for Chandan Roy Sanyal [seen in KAMINEY earlier]. In fact, both Angad and Chandan stand out in their respective parts and are here to stay.

Riteish Deshmukh is bankable as always, while Arshad Warsi does well, although the character isn't well developed. Akbar Khan is decent. Mithun Chakraborty [cameo] and Boman Irani are wonderful. As for the supporting cast, Darshan Jariwala leaves the maximum impact.

On the whole, F.A.L.T.U. banks heavily on the formula that the youth loves. It's funny, energetic and has a big ace in its smash hit musical score. I would go to the extent of saying that the movie works because it doesn't pretend to be path-breaking. It offers what the audience desires: Entertainment!

Gulaal 31st March 2011 Written Update

I watched a video that did not have the entire show on March 30, so I watched another one today and am writing the remaining update for yesterday.

March 30 update
Gulaal asks Kesar to go to his room. Kesar sees a vase on the table and flashbacks to the discussion about Dushyant's killing Vasant. He gets furious and throws the vase on Dushyant's head. Mota Bha yells "Kesar" and slaps him. Mota Bha apologizes to Dushyant on Kesar's behalf and Dushyant asks him not to. Gulaal says that she will talk to Kesar. Mota Bha says that no use talking to him, its too late, and he has to find a solution for Kesar. Gulaal applies medicine on Dushyant's head, and Kesar looks on from above thinking of Durgesh's words questioning Gulaal's relationship with Dushyant.

March 31 update

Mota Bha is pacing in his room worried recalling all of Kesar's words and actions. The postman comes to meet Gulaal and says that Talli's father passed away in a road accident, and that his body is not in a condition to be brought there. Gulaal starts crying. The postman says that he heard that Talli is close to Mota Bha's family so he came there. Gulaal goes to meet Talli who is crying, Talli hugs her.

Sudha is leaving the house with her suitcase when Devika stops her. Jamna Kaki comes there, Sudha takes her blessing and touches her feet but Jamna Kaki walks away. Sudha is in tears. Devika stops her from leaving, but Sudha says that she has no reason to stay there anymore. Gulaal comes there with Talli and tells Sudha that Talli is her reason to stay. Gulaal tells Sudha about Talli's plight and says that Sudha could be her mother - Talli will have a mom and Sudha a daughter. Sudha sees Talli crying and wipes her tears and hugs her.

Gulaal goes to Mota Bha's room and tells him about Sudha's decision to adopt Talli. Mota Bha approves of it. Gulaal says that Kesar is not growing up and they will have to now deal with him in a sensitive manner. It is good that Talli will live with them and Kesar will be happy as well. Mota Bha gives Gulaal a letter and says that he had to do something about Kesar before things got out of hand, and now onwards Kesar will go to a boarding school. Gulaal asks him how could he send Kesar away, but Mota Bha says that his decision is final and it is for Kesar's own good that he has made the decision. Gulaal asks Mota Bha's brother to do something about Kesar's situation, Mota Bha will listen to him. The brother says that he tried to convince Mota Bha but it was useless, and nobody can change Mota Bha's mind. Talli listens in, Gulaal sees her listening and Talli leaves.

Talli goes to Kesar's room and says that he too will go far away from her. Gulaal says that she tried to change Mota Bha's mind but to no avail. She asks Kesar to ask Mota Bha for forgiveness, Talli agrees, but Kesar starts packing his bag. Gulaal asks him what the matter is, and why is Kesar behaving in this manner, what is the anger that is eating at him. Kesar doesn't listen.

Kesar brings his suitcase down. Mota Bha tells him that he is sending him to the boarding school not to scare him but for his bright future. Kesar nods his head in agreement and says that he is ready to go, and glares at Dushyant. Talli tells Kesar that he should not forget her, she will wait for him. Gulaal hugs Kesar but he doesn't respond and gets in the jeep to leave. Gulaal runs after the moving jeep and asks Kesar to take care of himself, she will write to him and come to visit. Kesar doesn't look at her even once. Gulaal starts crying.

Precap: Tall tells Sudha that Kesar liked her hand-made food.

Geeta 31st March 2011 Written Update

Show starts with precap of whole Geeta....Malini telling Jija that Geeta might meet with an accident on her way to the anniversary...and jija surprised...and sudersan comes and both stop talking. Malini says reember to take present for the bhaghats. and Sudersan is surprised and thinking she is up to something again. but ignors the thought and they all leave. Bhaghats are waitin for geeta to arrive and therefore not cutting the cake...and kamya says who are u waiting for?? and they say Geeta. and the doorbell rings. and all think its geeta...and karuna goes to open the door and it is malini and her family with flowers and present. and all are surprised. and malini goes in...and wishes them happy anniversary and tells them to welcome them with open heart. and gives them the present. Sudersan says u must be wondering how come we are here but a happiness should be celebrated. the bhaghats dont smile. and sudersan say as long as Geeta is here we will leave as u r not liking it that we are here. and dr. bhaghat says geeta is not here and sudersan says she left a long time back...like 3 hours ago. and all are wondering where she is??? Malini says prince said to geeta he wont go with her...as he has decided not to come along with her to her parents celebration.

Prince comes home and is asking the servant why she is locking the door and servant says ur whole family has gone to ur inlaws celebration.

Rahul says so if prince refused then it means geeta is not there with prince. then where is she? Rahul rtells kamya to ask her mother the whereabouts of Geetu. And jiju says maybe she went for her body oiling ....and all are wondering where Geeta is??? and malini says i dont understand anything. And jija takes malini aside and malini says wait a while and u will have fun...as there will be a blast..just wait for it. It will be a BIG ONE.

Rahul is on the phone...and so is his brother but nothing. All are worried. Malini keeps on looking at the door...and all are worried. Her mom says something is wrong..do something...dadi is praying. Kamya tells her mom there is something...it will be fun. Malini says to her samdhanji have u hid geetu?? And rahul says its ur fault malini. and there is a doorbell.

and it is prince. and malini, kamya and jija are shocked to see him there. and others surprised. Prince comes in...and malini goes up to him and says i thought u wouldnt come...and says all these ppl are blaming me as geeta is missing. Prince says 3 hrs geeta is missing and u all are not doing anything. we should inform police...i m going to police station. and malini says who complaint will u lodge..the one who is dead?? and all are shocked. and malini says in the eye of law geeta is dead...and prince says but we can look for her. and doorbell rings again...and it is raghu carrying geeta in his arms with her unconcisious. and all are shocked.

Raghu puts her on bed and her mom is sitting next to her. malini says wow...pati, patni or Woh!!! she is having an affair with two boys...one pati and another lover. and all are upset. malini says i knew geeta was having an affair with geeta thats why raghu gave entry to bhaghat family in his house and became God. then Dr. bhaghat's brother tells her to mind her toungue. and malini says i cant do anything as now the idea has entered my mind that there is an affair between raghu and geeta. Prince listening to all this. Malini says thats why she has not completed her marriage life with prnce. and rahul says geeta is lying here unconsicious and u are saying all this nonsense. Malini says what do u want??? cant u see geeta's condition...where are all her jewelry?? see prince...look with ur own eyes...and u have let this girl stay in ur house...and this girl is having an affair with raghu and thats why she hasnt tell u touch her. and prince leaves from there. Malini says prince has left so we will leave too. Dr. bhaghat asks raghu where did he find her. and raghu is quiet?? and raghu is about to speak and malini comes and says i will tell u the true story.

Maryada 31st March 2011 Written Update

Short Update:

Priya frightened after the talk with SSP and Aditya comforts her, and tells her that he's going to find the man who wronged her. Priya tries to stop him but he says no arguments, and they share a hug and a sweet moment. Big smile
Vidya has got the habit of Devyani, cleaning counters, and Devyani sees this and goes to talk to Gaurav. She slaps him after she finds out he was doing everything on purpose, he wanted Vidya to know about Arti [his mystery woman] and he's doing this for her good only because he wants Vidya to go away and not live this lie. Dead Confused Ouch
Bauji asks Vidya what the matter is but she says nothing. Devyani interferes then and sends Vidya away, and Bauji questions her about the Gaurav-Vidya marriage, and asks if Devyani doesn't want her mistakes pointed out about forcing Gaurav. Shocked
Devyani-Vidya talking and Vidya asks if she knew about Arti before and Devyani says no. She tells Vidya to fight for her marriage and her husband and to not give up so quickly. Soon Priya and Uttara join them and the four women go play some game. Big smile
Roshni Devi talking to SSP and finds out that SSP was the one who intentionally got Aditya in jail to teach Priya a lesson to keep her mouth shut. RD scares him by saying that the truth will not always remain a secret and it will come out one day. Big smile ROFL Clap
Precap: Uttara talking to SSP, telling him that he can tell her what he's worried about. And SSP hugs her, thinking back about how she looked drenched in the Holi colors.

Priya comes back into her bedroom, slamming the door behind her, all anxious and really nervous. She suddenly hears someone knocking on the door and gets really frightened and begins shaking as she opens it slowly. And lucky for her, it's only Aditya [looking mighty handsome Wink] So she immediately hugs him. Embarrassed

He asks her what the matter is and tells her to calm down, and Priya just tells him she's really glad he's home and she was worried about him. And they both hug after he tells her that with just one hug of hers, he can forget all his pain in the world [aww he's so cute] Aditya tells Priya that now that this mess is over, he's going to spend all his time looking for the man who wronged her and Priya freezes and begns to get worried. She immediately tells him not to do anything, that she doesn't want any trouble for him, and adamantly begins denying him doing anything. Aditya tells her that he doesn't want anymore discussion on this matter.And they hug again and Priya thinks her staying quiet will be good for the family.

Vidya entering the kitchen and has flashbacks of Gaurav and The Mystery Woman. It's the middle of the night and she's frantically begins cleaning away at the already clean counters. Devyani standing on the side as she watches this scene. She apparently decides she has to do something and walks away.

Gaurav talking to someone on the phone, saying that it's a good thing Vidya saw them together. The way she was avoiding him at the dining table proves that she knows that this marriage won't go anywhere and she'll leave our lives very soon. He hangs up the phone and turns around only to see Devyani standing there angrily. She comes up slowly and slaps him across his face. She begins questioning him, asking himif he really did all this on purpose. If he knowingly went out to hurt Vidya, the innocent girl.

Gaurav answers that he didn't feel sympathy for her. I knew everything I was doing because I knew she already had her suspicions. I was the one that called Arti on Holi so that Vidya could see us. Devyani begins questioning him again, asking him if he knows how much Vidya loves him. And Gaurav says that he knows and he wants her to stop loving him, that this wedding is just for the paper, and my heart, my mind is always with someone else. I did this only for her, so she won't have to live a lie and she just leaves my life. Devyani is left standing in tears as Gaurav leaves.

Bauji calling for Vidya and she's completely lost in her own world. She suddenly realizes and walks over and he asks her what her worry is and tells her to sit down. He asks her if she's really lying to him, here eyes are telling everyone her sorrows, and continues to prod her to tell him. She keeps denying everything. Devyani comes to the rescue right then and tells Bauji to sleep, and tells Vidya to go to the kitchen. Devyani also leaving when Bauji stops her and asks if everything is still not alright between Vidya and Gaurav, she didn't want him asking so her mistakes aren't pointed out. [Sigh, there we go. Devyani obviously had SOMETHING to do with this entire Gaurav-Vidya mess -__-]And she leaves almost in tears.

Vidya and Devyani sitting at the table, when Vidya asks her if she was able to talk to Gaurav. Devyani says she understands that going through all this is really difficult, but you have to face your problems, face them and then overcome them. Vidya asks Devyani if she knew Arti [Gaurav's mystery woman] before? And Devyani says no, and tells Vidya that Gaurav is her husband, she has rights over him. Vidya almst in tears, saying that she doesn't want Gaurav by force, he's already too far away. Devyani tells her not to think that way, that a girl should be willing to fight for her husband for her entire life.

Priya comes in right then, and she joins them at the table. And soon enough Uttara joins them too. All the woman at the table. Uttara teasing Priya saying that she din't think Aditya would let her out of the room for a few days and they all share a laugh. [Aww one of the more light hearted moments for all four women] The sisters then share memories of their childhood, and the four women decide to play some game [Taj?]

Roshni Devi telling SSP to stop thanking her so much, and then asks him why Aditya was hitting someone else. SSP drinking as he tells RD that it was all his doing, that he wanted to teach Priya a lesson and did all this, and tells RD everything. Starts in Vindiya's room ,vinay thanking Bindiya for prasad. PPW watches them eye locked and knocks on the open door. She asks Bindiya to take her to her parents house to apologize for her deeds. Vinay assures her they will go the next day. They are at the SP's house. Vinay gets blessings form the in laws. PPW being all coy asks for forgiveness. SP tells her to forget all the old story and move on. PPW also says sorry to Rekha .(what a witch PPW is) Angry Vinay asks for SP's health . all are pleasantly surprised. PPW asks for Raja and also goes to him to apologizes. She is going on faking all of her feeling sorry.
Vindiya are in the girls room ,where he finds the baby pics and comes across Bindiya's dancing certi. He makes an attempt to dance classical LOL. as expected terrible at it but atleast gets a laugh out of Bindiya. PPW talks to Raja about her brother having a connection with some transporter business people, she can get them aquinted and he can be set up with a business. Rekha tells them she can not take a day off as exams are near so asks Raja to take a day off. Raja feels insulted and tells er that my work is also important and he can not take off as well. They do it in front of PPW so she also gets the weak link affirmation. Vyas gets the school's contract because of Rekha. He sends Raja with the tempo at the school. SP feels bad that R/R had to go to work. PPW volunteers to cook,but Vinay tells them that he will cook. All are surprised and tells him that it is not good to make son in law do the work. Bindiya ends up cooking an PPW helping. Vinay is doing so well with the family,which shocks the heck out of PPW. Bindiya is also taken aback. Mom comes to kitchen to show where things are and she is so happy that Vinay has changed for better. PPW tells Bindiya that she feels bad for Bindiya's parents. She fills her in the story that she knows that this all a show,and parents will be hurt when they find out the truth. Bindiya replies that she knows and she had heard it all when Vinay was telling his friends on the anniversary day. Vinay returns with the orange water ice sticks and is just out side the door and hears the women's conv. He is shocked and almost has tears in his eyes.

Jhanvi catches hold of Ammaji's hand to prevent herself from getting slapped. Everyone is dumfounded and Jhanvi tells her that she is not Dia and that if she repeats the mistake, she will be forced to forget Ammaji's age and as well as the sanskar her mother has given her.

Amba enters at this point of time and sees Jhanvi holding Ammaji's hand. She orders her to let go of Ammaji's hand. Everyone is stupefied to see Amba. Ammaji is stunned and he eyes well up looking at her daughter. Jhanvi rushes towards Amba and points at Ammaji and tells her that she was the woman who tried to prevent Kaajal from getting justice. Amba is a stupor and does not say anything. Ammaji continues to look at Amba, at first shocked and then apprehensive at her stance. Santosh is the first to react and rushes to Amba and exclaims at her being alive. Amba's feet do not support her any longer and she falls down. There is a cry from Ammaji as she rushes towards Amba. Amba tells her that she is not in need of her support or love and that Ammaji has lost the right several years ago when she disowned her. She is hurt and continues that times have changed but Ammaji has not. She tells her that even after the traumatic experience eighteen years ago, she has refused to change and that she continues to ill treat the daughters and the daughters-in-law of the house. Ammaji tells her that this not the time to analyze what is right and what is not. She orders Avtar to call the ambulance.

Amba is amused and asks Ammaji from where the flood of love has come for the disowned daughter. Ammaji is tearful and Amba calls Dia to her side and she is glad to know that Dia is Raghav and Sia's daughter.

Amba asks Jhanvi whether she knows who Ammaji really is. Amba then tells her that Ammaji is none other than her dadi. Jhanvi continues to rant and rave and tells Amba that she is only her daughter. Amba consoles her and tells her that she will always be her daughter even though she did not give birth to her. Amba tells her Sia died after giving birth to her and Dia. She tells her that Sia was a very brave and courageous woman who always fought against Ammaji and stood for the truth. She tells her now, neither her biological mother nor her foster mother will be alive, but she will have to continue the fight for justice. Everyone is shocked at this revelation and Joginder tells Ammaji that they must leave. Ammaji pleads with Amba to give her an opportunity to save her life, as a fellow human being if not as a mother. Amba is amused and tells her that nothing can save her. She asks Alak Chand to promise her that he will stand by Dia and Jhanvi and support them in everything. Alak tells her that he has always obeyed her and he will continue to do so. Amba is satisfied and breathes her last.

PRECAP- Amba's funeral takes place and Jhnavi intervenes. She tells them that she will ignite the funeral pyre.

Nothing major happened in this episode to be honest. Abha wasn't willing to accept the fact that Karan was dead. She came in a red saree and kept telling everyone that he is alive. Most of the episode was spent just like that; Abha trying to convince everyone that Karan was alive. Finally CP gives Abha a tight slap to make her see reality. CP tells Abha she has to take care of Karan's last mark, aka the baby. She has to accept Karan's death. She has to get out of her state of shock. It takes Abha a while but she finally accepts it. So Abha says she will perform the havan for the last rights for Karan with the rest of the family.

Also the doctor said Karan is now out of danger and will be okay soon.

Again there is nothing major that happened. So nothing important missed in this episode.

Jr NTR and Ileana starring upcoming Telugu socio-fantasy movie shakti, cleared censor formalities today (i.e 24th March 2011). Censor board cleared this movie with A certificate and suggested few minor cuts.

NTR Jr.’s magnum opus Sakthi that is slated for release on April 1 has been cleared by the censors. As a customary in Tollywood, the initial report, which is largely known as censor report is making rounds in film nagar at the moment.

As per those reports, Shakti is not up to the mark. The flashback portion which is being heavily hyped by the producer and director isn’t up to the mark it seems. Meher Ramesh failed to handle a high voltage subject with huge span, says the reports. They conclude that Sakthi may not live up to expectations and given its huge budget, buyers should find it tough!

However, Jr. NTR fans need not worry about this. There are many instances in the past where such reports were proven wrong by the audience. After all only the audience take counts and he is the final judge.

SHORT UPDATE

Abhay bites Pia. Sid is angry. Abhay is sad that he had to bite her. Pia is unconscious throughout the entire episode.

Panchi comes over to Sid. She once again blames Pia.

Shankar has his mom over. Shaurya acts like the perfect wife which freaks the mom out.

LONG UPDATE

Abhay realizes what Sid is planning to do. In order to save her, I have to bite her first. Abhay snatches her away and bites her. Pia is in pain and Sid is flabbergasted. She looks up and slowly faints. He drops her to the floor. He screams out in pain. Sid jumps in anger screaming, "No, no, no!" Abhay said "if I didn't do it, you would've done it. Now she is not your prey, she is my prey. I bit her. Now if you bite her, nothing will happen to her". Sid warns Abhay, "You made a huge mistake. You don't how far I can go! You don't know how far I can get!" Abhay tells him that she is his now and he cannto do anything.

Chand stares out towards the full moon. He explains that this night is very important. IT is impossible to be patience. He hopes Abhay will be safe. Haseena sits on the sofa and thinks, "It's too late. Something bad has already happened. Sid should've left. Now I can't save him."

Abhay picks her up as Sid screams no over and over again. While Abhay leaves, Sid screams and throws things around even more.

Abhay is near a grave and he screams again. Pia is in his laps. Abhay apologizes to Pia. He says, "I'm sorry Pia. See what happens when I come close. It is my entire fault. I shouldn't have let you come close. Now I have hurt you. I am so sorry. I was helpless. If I didn't bite you, Sid would have controlled you. I had no choice. It's my entire fault. I shouldn't have let you come so close". He thinks, "I have to make you conscious before you forever go into darkness. For this, I need help. I can't do this alone. For what has happened, now all of us must suffer." He picks her up again and takes her away. Panchi comes to Sid's jungle. She calls him. She asks what is happening. He asks, "Who called you here?" Panchi says, "Pia messaged me." Sid says, "You shouldn't be here. You are not part of my plans." Panchi says, "I know but where is Pia". He does not respond instead he waves her hand to say go away. Panchi leaves soon after thinking, "This is all because of you Pia. I hate you Pia".

Shankar and Shaurya welcome in Shankar's mother. His mother asks for Misha. Shankar tells her, "Things are not good but you don't worry." Shaurya is acting like the perfect wife, serving Shankar. The mom watches. He leaves for the kitchen. The mom is freaked out, "Oh my god! What's happening here? Who is this boy? And why is he behaving like this?"

Abhay storms into his house. Chand and Haseena call him but he does not respond. He sets her down on the bed. Chand stares at Pia and realizes what has happened. He says, "Wow! Siddharth has made his move. Did Sid- "No," says Abhay. "I did." They are shocked. Abhay says, "I had to take this step. Sid was about to bite her. You know Pia will become a vampire if he bit her."

Haseena scolds Abhay. Abhay pleads Chand to save Pia. Chand says "All right". Chand instructs Haseena to get some things. Abhay says he will get it. He says, "I have to save Pia." Chand seems to like this. He says that he has to talk to their superior. He tells, "Haseena , let's go. We have to wake her up."

Haseena says that history is repeating. Haseena says they should have left once we saw her here because she would create disaster. Abhay tells her to choose between Sid and Abhay. Haseena says that even though I have not given birth to you, I still love you as a mother. Abhay says he has blood relationship with Sid, he is my brother. He goes on to say that Sid has crossed the line by biting Pia. He plans to avenge Sid.

P.O.V

It was an exciting episodeClap. I loved it except the fact that Pia is asleep LOL for the entire episode. It's definitely worth watching so instead of reading the update this time, go and actually watch itWink.
Funny Part- The screaming. ROFL. To hear Abhay and Sid scream over and over again. I couldn't take the episode seriously because of it Embarrassed.

Romantic Part- I know he just has Pia on his lap and he's speaking to himself. But god, there was some passion in the way he spoke to Pia Day Dreaming. The pain, the hurt, the passion. Oof! And may I say how sexy he looked LOL.

Weird Part- The whole Shaurya and Shankar thing. I don't think it was even necessary. And I don't understand, doesn't Shaurya realize that he can't really depend on impressing Shankar's mother by being a good wife because he'sa guy. And the woman is already freaked out a guy is acting like that Confused.

Infuriating Part- Panchi. Panchi. Panchi! PANCHI! She's a natural-born idiot who clearly has not learned her lesson in the whole Danish drama. Angry

And the episode starts and Bingo!..tada!...mera Hotty cutei smarty Shan aka KT in goggles, -aye hayeee..BlushingROFL
Ok! Wacks herself..here is the update'

Shan and Khanak come out of the hotel, all tired. ( really tired, Cvs ne in logo ke sath bahut jyada zulm kiya hai, I m gonna complain to Human Rights associationROFL)

Both keep d luggage on d ground
Shan- "bas yaar khanak, aab main aur nahi chal sakta, kaisa honeymoon hai yaar yeh..." (enough yaar khanak, I can't walk further, what sort of honeymoon is dis)

Khanak holds his arms- " Shantanu honeymoon hai na, honeymoon pe gussa nahi hote"
(Shantanu, dis is Honeymoon, u shld not get angry during Honeymoon) (hein!..is it..okk..i m not married yet, future mein Hubby ko bolungi.Wink)

Shan- " aab yeh kisne keh diya ki honeymoon pe gussa nahi karte, what d hell yaar" ( who has said one should not get angry during honeymoon)( yeh bhi sahi hai..okk mind change, will not tell future wala hubby)

A guy comes on a scooty, shouting- "hello! Sir, from hell to heaven in panch minutes" ( yeh kya hai, Goa mein aisa hota hai kya.)

He stops d scooty, goes near dem, greets dem- " pranam, namaste, newly married..main toh aap ko dekhte hi pehcan gaya tha , aap log honeymoon pe aye hai na" (i can say u both are newly married and came here for honeymoon)

Shan '" kamaal hai yaar, kamaal, hai, kya intelligent admi hai, wais eek baat batana" (great u r intelligent, but tell me 1 thing)

The guy-" jee, jee" ( yes, yes)

Shan shakes hands with the guy-" tum ho kaun" ( who are you)

Guy introduces himself as Tomic D'souza- " main lekar aay hoon aapke liye heaven resort, from hell to heaven only in 5 minutes..sir ek baar aap hamare resort mein aye, aapko ek shandar mauka milega, ek vacation abroad ke liye..he makes a signal with his hand" (I will take you to the Heaven resort, once u reach there, you will get a golden opportunity to go abroad)

Okk so he is a sales man..but still Goa mein resort wale raste pe girls ki scooty lekar gumhte hai kya.

Shan imitiates his act-" Hume koi vacation abroad nahi chahiye..thank u" ( we don want any vacations abroad)

"arey nahi sir, aap soch ke toh dekhiye, sab cheese bilkul free hai" (no sir, please think, everything is free)

Listening to free, khanak gets convinced, but Shan pushes the guy, from between , comes near khanak, holds her arm ( he was so cute there, I saw something else wen he holds her arm..oops mouth zippedWink) and says-" toh kya, yeh bhi free hai, toh iska honeymoon manayge ..yeh sab paise ethne ke tareeke hai, theek hai, aisa kuch nahi hai" ( so what ..he is also free, shal we take him also..these are tricks to cheat of our money)

Khanak nods in approval.
(Thank God!)
Shan- says to the man-" oh bhai!..kuch nahi chahiye..tum jao yaar" ( o brother! We don want anything, u can go)

The guy starts pleading- " arey nahi sir..madam'.bahut acha hai, bilkul aapka honeymoon bahut acha manega, plz..dil pe hath rakhke keh raha hoon..ek baar soch lijiye" ( no sir..madam'its very nice, u will have a nice honeymoon, I swear on my heart..atleast think once)

Khanak is again getting convinced and tries to convince Shan.

Shan to the guy-" tum anath ho..tumhari ma andhi hai..tumhari behan langdi hai" ( are u an orphan..is ur mother blind, is your sister lame)

KT was so funny wid those dialogues.
The guy says no to everything.

Shan hands back d helmet to the guy- " aab agar kuch nahi hai toh madad kyun karu, jao na yahan se" ( if there is no problem, y should I help you)

The guy pleads for the sake of his job, Khanak gets melted and says- "agar hamare ek ghante se agar kisi ki naukri bachti hai toh kya burayi hai..chal ke dekhte hai na" ( if just by giving our 1 hour, someone 's job is secured, we should go n see)

Mother India! I bow to you'Lord save any guy who gets a wife like you, do din mein raste pe..in name of charity.ROFL

Shan reluctantly agrees . The man calls a van.,keeps their luggage in it.

Shanak try to get inside, but the man stops them and says them to come on the scooty instead.

The guy gets inside the van and goes away, leaving a bewildered Shan.

Khanak holds his arm, as a sign of assurance

Now comes the most romantic and droolworthy and gush worthy scene of the episode..Clap
They are on the scooty now, Shan riding the bike, Khanak sitting behind him, with legs on both sides.
Shanak are enjoying the ride. ( me felt as if ek gaane ki deri hai- 'Zindagi ek safar hai suhana.LOL)

Shan-" khanak tumhe aisa nahi lag raha jaise hum kisi superhero ke sath baithe hai" ( khanak, don u feel, u r goin with a superhero)

She asks him the meaning of superhero.He replies ' super hero means one who protects everyone"

Khanak-" matlaab mahapurush" ( means mahapurush)

Shan-" haan meri tarah" ( yes, like me)

She sees a girl on the scooty, insists to Shan to let her drive. (good girl..always inspires to learn something)

Firstly he is confused, but later gets a naughty thought and agrees

He moves back, she comes to the front-

He holds her left palm with his left palm, and keeps it on the accelerator- " ise scooter kehte hai, ise accelator kehte hai" ( this is scooter, this is accelerator)

He is almost leaning his chin on her shoulder n touches her left hand wid his hand ' " yeh brake hai, ise dabane se..bike rukti hai" ( dis si brake..on pressing it, the scooty stops)

Khanak nods her head. ( aww! She was so cute her..such an innocent expression, isko kya pata bande ki toh niyyat kharab hai ROFL)

Shan moves his right hand over her right arm, until his hand reaches her palm on d clutcher n says- " aab is hath ko yahan clutch pe rakho" ( now, keep dis hand on the clutch)

( guys, u have to watch it..there was a pause in each n every word..this guy is God of Romance n his husky voice..* sigh!)

She looks at him n feels shy at his proximity

Shan-"isse gear badalta hai khanak" ( Dis is used to change the gear)

He starts the bike- " aab agar tum is hath ko aise ghumaogi to gadi aage badegi..jitni tej ghumaogi, utni tej chalegi." ( now, if you rotate this with your hand like this, then the scooty will move forward, the faster you rotate it , the faster the scooty will move)

His lips are almost touching her cheeks. ( and Shilpa blushing..aye hayeee!! Blushing)

Khanak blushes-" aab main chalao" ( can I drive now) ( yeh lo! Yeh bhi blushing Big smile)

Shan, removes her hands and holds her tightly on d waist n keeps his chin on her shoulder n closes his eyes- "haan khanak, aab tum chalao" ( yes Khanak, now you drive)

Khanak is blushing , she tries to start the scooty,- " Shantanu, yeh aage hi nahi bad rahi hai" ( Shantanu..dis is not moving at all)

Shan blabbers something, (which sorry I can't hear, only lipread-some thing like-ba..ba'.banda has totally gone out of his senses, koi isko bolo, to come back to the character. ROFLROFL)

Actually he is in dream land

She again repeats and moves a little, Shan comes out of his dream, moves back- "arey kaise badegi, tumne gaadi on hi nahi ki" (arey how will it move, u have not unlocked the scooty)

Khanak- " aapne bataya nai" ( you have not told me)

Shan-" sabse pehle bataya tha maine'sunti nahi tum meri instruction'.yeh dekho aab gadi on ho gayi" ( I have said in the starting'u don listen to my instructions'.see now the scooty is unlocked)

The bike starts- " aah chali gadi"

Shan gets naughty, intentionally applies brakes, so that he moves more close towards khanak. ( very very naughty-----oops I won't take the name Wink)

She gets irritated eventually '" Shantanu, yeh kya kar rahe hai..hatiye" (Shantanu..what are you doing..move)

Shan-" kya kar raha hoon..main arey" She moves and gets down- " mujhe nahi chalani ( I don want to drive)

Chalo..aab madam ki dimag ki batti jali.

She goes and sits on the back.
Shan smirks- " aab gussa kyun kar rahi ho..hath toh rakh lo..baad mein mujhe mat kehna , jab gir gira jaogi." ( why are you angry at me'atleast keep ur hands..don say if you trip somewhere)

Khanak makes a pouty face. Shan starts the scooty n again intentionally applies brakes, making khanak move forward to him in reflex action.

She puts one hand on his shoulder. He takes her hand and keeps it on his waist, and does the same with her other hand. Initially she pouts, but eventually smiles and leans on his back ( hayeeeeee..main marjawan..kitna cute scene tha..pakka real..oh ho!..forgets, should not say further)
They are now enjoying d ride, with Khanak holding Shan tightly n resting on his shoulder.

They come to a halt at the resort.

And Shilpa's gushing also comes to a halt'fultoo paisa wasool..so..not Shanak scene dat was'now u all understand what it was actually Big smileClap

The guy shows them the resort n offers to wait outside with their luggage. Shanak go inside the resort.

Rahul- Jenny scene ( eek! Shilpa falls from heaven to hell!..dhadam!...looks here and there kisne dhakka mara mere ko upar se Angry)

Rahul has spread all the files on the ground. Jenny comes and sees that and says we should understand each other's habits. Rahul gets it as fun game to discuss each other's negative n positives.
Jenny scolds him for not eating the sandwich completely, for making the room untidy, for not using a namkin, and for coming late always.
Rahul is stunned and mocks her for mugging up all his negatives and starts saying her nagaitve points. He says she irritates him, dominates him. She is stunned, tries to defend herself, pointing her finger at him, He accuses her of interrupting him always. He says since she has come in his life, she always controls over what he shld wear, where he shld go , n has changed his life style, and interferes in everything. She says she doesn't interferes, rather gives suggestions, and says he is impossible. Rahul again accuses her of always copying his lines.

Shan-" khanak, mujhe toh vishwas hi nahi ho raha, ki hum asie situation mein phas gaye the" ( I can't believe that we had almost stuck in such a bad situation)

Phone rings, the guy stops the van, thinking its his own phone

Sunil on the line- " thank God! Tumhara phone lag gaya, arey hum kabse try kar rahe the..so dude, kya ho kya raha hai" ( we got ur call, we were trying since so long'so whats happening now)
( hein! yeh kya sawaal hai, bte ko uske honeymoon pe father is asking what is happening..very insensitive question)
Shan-" bas Dad, aap believe nahi karenge, kya ho raha hai" ( u won't believe wats happening here)

( okk! Sunil has asked casually, Shilpa wacks her polluted mind)

Sunil- " acha honeymoon pe sab ko aise hi lagta hai'.acha pehle tumhari mom se baat karo, phir se koi sapna dekha" ( everyone feels the same at honeymoon'okk first you speak with your mom, she has seen some bad dream again)

Madhavi takes the phone- " hello Shan, beta kaise ho tum aur tum ho kahan" ( how are you shan and where are you)

Shan-" mom hum jaise bhi hai, bilkul theek hai, bahut hi adventurous life jee rahe hai.." ( mom , we are fine and leading a adventurous life) ( aww! Feeling bad for Shan,Hug....but not for Khanak..yeh sab uski wajah se)

He gives a sarcastic expression- " aur yeh jo kuch bhi ho raha hai na, is idiot ke wajah se ho raha hai"..he wacks the driver from behind ( and all this is because of this idiot) ( Kt was superb in dis scene, instant change of expression)

The guy-" arey sir"
Shan scolds him to look forward.
The guy offers to get out of the car, so that Shan can calmly talk on the phone.
Madhavi is confused. Shan assures her that everything is alright and they are fine and not think about the dream. He keeps the phone saying network is bad.
Khanak-" kya kaha mummyji ne"

Shan relaxes, looks at her-" mom ne yeh kaha ki shantanu bahut samajhdhar hai, aur use sirf pyar hi nahi, uski pooja bhi karni chahiye."

He smirks
Khanak mocks him- "acha!"

( hayee!!..some one gets such a twinkle and smile on his face on cng someone's smile wala face..)

Rahul's maanger tells him about the company facing loss and about the loan to be paid. He suggests Rahul to close some of the company's branches,but Rahul refuses for the sake of his employees. The manager says loan is in crores. Rahul assures the Manager, he will take care of the issue . The manager leaves, handing him the file. Rahul realizes his personal expenses are too much and he shld curb them, and decides to lead a normal life style, instead of a ravishing life style

Sunil- Madhvi scene

Sunil '" aah! Lovely!..aaj main bahut khush hoon..main bahut proud feel kar raha hoon..garv se mera sar Eiffel tower se bhi upar ho raha hai" ( today I am very happy, I m feeling very proud, my head is held high with pride, even above Eiffel tower)

( acha!..i din knew dis, fathers feel so proud when their sons go to their Honeymoon..chalo got to learn something new..mere future mein kaam ayega)

Madhavi- "acha aagar sar itna uncha hai, toh wahan ke mausam ka haal toh bataye" ( okk, if your head is so high, tell me about the wheather condition there) (intelligent question!)

Sunil-"thoda jyada bol gaya na" ( I think it was too much)

Both give a slight smile
Sunil- " bhai khushi toh akhir khushi hai, khushi mein dum hai, jitni jahir karo utni kaam hai. (we should express our happiness)

Madhavi- " agar khushi ki wajah bhi pata chalti na, toh acha hota" ( tell me the reason of your happiness)

Sunil- " ek baap subse jyada khush kab hota hai..jab use apne santan pe garv hota hai..sach kahun toh Shan ko lekar main bahut pareshan tha, par aab use bhi lekar sukun hai." ( a father is most happy when he is proud of his children'I was worried about Shan, but I m relaxed for him also)

Madhavi-" bilkul thik kaha tumne..khanak ke sath bhi aab mujhe acha lagne laga hai..pehle toh hum kisi bhi baat par agree nahi karte the. ..kitna pareshan kiya maine use.." (u are right..i m feeling the same about khanak, earlier,we never used to agree on any thing..i troubled her so much) ( yes yes! I saw that)

Sunil- "aur aab" ( and now)

Madhavi-" aab toh who meri ankhon ka taara hai..un dono ko kisi ki nazar na lage..aur bas bhagwan se ek hi baat ki prarthna karti hoon ki khusboo bhi family shuru karne ki bare mein soche" (now, she is a twinkle of my eyes'no evil eye should cast its spell on them'.and pray to God, that Khusboo should also think about having a family )

Such a cute dialogue..i am loving Madhavi now..she is the best
Sunil- " Madhavi, main bhi family badi karne ki soch raha hoon" ( even I am thinking of expanding the family)

Madhavi is startled. She exclaims his name. He gets her misunderstanding and says he is saying with reference to Khusboo. He expresses to handover everything to his children and make a will.

Madhavi is amused and gets scared when he says there is anything can happen in future. She scolds him for saying such things and says she will kill herself if nething happens to him. Sunil is pleased to hear this.

Shan-" bahut hi funny day tha aaj..kitna kuch sikha humne, ki logon ki shakal pe mat jao.apni akkal lagao" ( today was so funny, we learnt so many things, that we should not go by ne1's face, but should rather use our brains)

(kisne kaha yeh..tell me ..i will kill that person, becoz dis is what my mother follows and aaj tak meri koi daal nahi gali, however innocent face I make)

Khanak-" Shantanu..agar isne hume phasaya hai toh yehi hume bahar nikal raha hai na" ( but he is also the one who is saving us from the problem)

Shan-" Khanak , who hume bahar nikal raha hai kyun ki main use keh raha hoon, is problem se bahar nikalne ke liye. Pata nahi yaar, pata nahi bhagwan ne hamari honeymoon kaise likhi, jo poori script hai na, poori adventurous likhi" ( he is helping us only because I asked him'God knows,how our honeymoon has been written, whole script is full of adventures)

Khanak-" haan jab aap sath ho , maza hi ayega" ( when you are with me, there will be fun always )

Both give smile to each other.

Pardes Mein Mila Koi Apna Sa 31st March 2011 Written Update

the epi starts with Niru saying main gaa sakti hoon....she said ki main gaaon mein bhi gaati thi bachon ke liye...
Anton uncle wasnt very keen ...and Chandu too said ki gaaon ki baat alag hoti hai na niru
niru said main toh bas help karna chahati thi...

then Anton uncle : okay idea....niru tum gaa logi na sabke saamne..stage pe...tum gaa sakti ho na...joote toh waise bhi khaane hai...toh hum gaa ke kha lete hain...LOL

she got really scared but chandu was like haan uncle ye gaa legi...

then wen everyone saw Niru on the stage they started makin fun of her and passed comments...
ki natasha nahi koi aur sahi and blah blah...!

chandu said : niru samne mat dekho mujhe dekho ...ye jo samne baithe hain wo sab gaadhe hain and unhe music ke bare mein kuch nahi aata...

still she was soo scared! and everyone was like jaldi gaana shuru karo aur kita time lagaogi!!
after a while everyone stood up and was planning to leave the restaurant...
niru then closed her eyes...and saw flashback of the day wen she sang and danced with the kids...(first episode),saw baba, and saw chandu....

and then she starts singing ...pooche jo koi meri nishani...at that moment everyone stops and gets back to their places.

she sings and Chandu is pleasantly suprised and stares her...then he joins her...!
(the song sequence is short and cute!Embarrassed)

after its over everyone claps for her and so does chandu ...she is overwhelmed and so happy...

then other waiters and Anton uncle congratulate and thank her...

Niru was soo excited ...she says to chandu : ki baba yahan hote toh unhe kitna acha lagta
mujhe pehli baar itni tareef sunne ko mili hai...
mujhe pata hai aapne kaha hai ki friendship mein no sorry no thanks...
but (she holds his hands)...thanku mujhe support karne ke liye...!

then she realises that she is holding his handEmbarrassed
she leaves it and chandu ke expression dekhne wale theWink

and then she says ki jab aankhein band ki toh mujhe gaon ke bache dikhe,baba ka chehra dikha aur....and chandu is like AUR?
Niru: blushes and says aur baba ka ashirwaad!
Chandu: OH baba ka ashirwaad* with a smile * LOLL! my fav scene of this epi!

then he walks her back to dubey compound...and on the way asks her
jab aapke baba ka illaaz ho jayega toh aap wapis gaaon chali jayengi *chandu gets a bit sad at this moment and so does niru*
Niru said ki haan shayad chali jaaongi...humein kuch nahi pata..*she was sad and lost too*

and he cheers her up and says smile karo warna mere Dost ne agar aapko aise dekha toh wo mujhse naraaz ho jayenge...
and she smiles...

and finally wen she reaches her house...she sees in the compound...old and young couple hand in hand takin care of each other and she blushes and BG starts ..
aayega wo iss intezaar mein ...khabar nahii...Embarrassed

Uttaran 31st March 2011 Written Update

Veer walks in on Tapu and Ichcha arguing and Ichcha convinces him that all is ok. Tapu watches as Ichcha and Veer hold hands and leave together.

Furious with Damini, Pushkar calls Divya and succeeds in instigating her warning her to save her marriage. Divya is left speechless and Pushkar is certain he hit the right note this time.

Umed, Daddaji and Mai discuss baby names. While Daddaji and Mai are certain it'll be a boy, Umed thinks that it'll be a girl. They decide on naming the baby Ajinkya if it's a boy and Umed suggests Kahini (which stands for Kahani) if it's a girl since it will be her story that will start a new chapter in their lives.

Sanchi wonders who cud have laid the trap for her and thinks if it cud be kasa kaka. She takes out a photo of Veer hugging her (when he hugged her thinking she was Ichcha) and smirks what this wud do to ichcha. Ichcha walks in seeing her browsing nos in her phone, but decides to be quiet abt it. Sanchi covers with another excuse and is relieved assuming her secret is safe. Later, Satya and she discuss their next move and they decide to use the photo to tarnish Veer's image.

Rathore has set up a baby room in his house and awaits his/her arrival, while Tapu is shown to be confused with Ichcha and Rathore's allegation that the baby is not Veer's… and vows to not let anyone take away Veer who is hers.

Precap – Veer and Ichcha are in their car, when Veer tells her how happy he is to see her happy these days and to see a positive change in her relationship with Tapu.
