Overview:
Viraat tells Dev to make all arrangements for the Pooja.
Radhika puts sindoor at Kanha’s feet and has a cute convo with him.
Radhika hides her Kanha Murti from Shanti and says “Krishna Kanhaiya I’m coming…”
Dev is at the Pooja site and has made all arrangements.
Radhika is going to the same mandir where Dev is.
Viraat’s car breaks down.
Dev sits for the pooja in place of Viraat.
He puts sindoor at the feet of RadheKrishna
The same sindoor ends up in Radhika’a maang
Viraat embarrasses Mahantji in front of everyone.
Both Radhika and Mansaram are shocked to find sindoor on her forehead.
It is night time, Viraat is calling for
Dev angrily. Dev comes and answers, “Ji Bhade Bhaiyaa.” He’s
annoyed and Daima is looking at all this. Dev corrects himself and
says, “Ji Bade Maalik.” Viraat tells Dev that tomorrow in Nand
Gaao, he’s attending a Pooja and to reach there early and do all the
preparations. He tells Dev there’s no need for him to act smart.
Basically he’s throwing an attitude and Dev is calmly listening.
Daima tells Dev it’s God’s blessing
that he gets to do such good deeds. Dev tells her he just wants
Dadaji to get well as soon as possible. She tells him that this time
as well he will earn all the ‘punya’ from this pooja.
Radhika’s House:
It is morning. Radhika takes out her
golden Kanha that Dev gave her and puts sindoor at his feet. She says
for the last 12 years she has been offering sindoor at his feet and
on every Radhasthami she celebrates her marriage anniversary. Because
it is on this day, meaning today she got married to her Krishn
Kanhaiya. She says the panditji told her that after 12 years, the
same auspicious time (shubh muhurat) has come and the Pooja she is
going to do is very fortunate for married people. She asks her Kanha
if she will meet her Krishn Kahaiya at the Pooja. But how will she
recognize him? He must have gotten big and tall by now. She wonders
if he has a mustache! She says no and then wonders about how
his hair will be. She says even if she doesn’t recognize him, Kanha
will certainly give her some clue. Shanti comes calling Chanda for
her sari and Radhika hides her murti back in the cloth. She leaves
and Radhika takes a relieved breath. She ties up back the murti and
says Krishn Kanhaiya, I’m coming.
Dev is shown walking to the Pooja site
(it looks like the Yamuna Ghat?), while Radhika is holding her murti
and smiling.
Pooja Site:
Dev comes walking there (he is
barefoot) and tells Mahantji that he has made all the arrangements.
Mahantji tells him that if Dev has made all the arrangements then
everything is sure to be perfect. He asks for Viraat and Dev says he
must be on the way. His phone rings and it is Viraat (Dev addresses
him as Maalik) and he looks worried. Dev tells Mahantji that Viraat
is on his way and Mahantji tells him that there should be no delay.
The Pooja has to start on time. Dev is looking slightly worried.
Radhika’s House:
She is getting ready, braiding her
hair, putting on her payal, bangles etc. She looks beautiful in red. She says today is her
wedding anniversary (shaadi ki varshganth) and maybe today she will
find her Krishn Kanhaiya. She smiles sweetly and leaves. She tells
Mansaram she is going and tells Chanda to come with her. Chanda says
she doesn’t feel like it. Radhika is shocked and Shanti tells her she
will have to go. Chanda says why does she always have to be Radhika’s
bodyguard. Radhika tries to persuade her to go. She says they’re
going to Nand Gaao’s mandir to take blessings (the same place where
Dev is). She does not agree and Shanti says it’s good because one
‘Bramhini’ is enough in the house, she then says she only gave
permission to go to Gurukul and not mandir. Mansaram tells her to let
Radhika go. He says he will go with her and they happily leave.
Pooja Site:
Mahantji is asking dev where Viraat is.
He says he will call and see.
Viraat is driving. He asks Mohini why
do women take so long to get dressed! She says panditji told her
today is very auspicious so that’s why she wanted to wear her wedding
sari, but her blouse was too small and then she had to look for
another blouse and another matching sari…Viraat cuts her off. He
says he doesn’t want to listen to her ‘sari’ nonsense. He says
everyone must be waiting for the Raj Purohit and he’s late because of
her. She says what’s the big deal, if he
drove faster they would reach before time! The car stops and they
argue some more. It has broken down. He calls for another car.
Dev is trying to call Viraat but can’t
get through. Mahantji tells him to sit in place of Viraat. He
convinces dev by saying this pooja is for Rpji’s betterment. Dev
agrees and completes the pooja. He goes to take RadheKrishna’s
blessing (this is the same place where RaDev had gotten married and
it is the same murtis) He offers flowes and sindoor at their feet
(Govinda Gopal chating in the bg) He then takes Mahanji’s blessing
who says “May God fulfill all your desires. RPji will get healthy
soon.” He then tells Dev that maybe it was Kanha’s wish that he sit
for the pooja and that may he meet his life partner (jeevan sangini)
soon. Radhika and Mansaram walk in at the same time.
Radhika is walking down the steps while
Dev is praying. When she reaches the last step a conch blows in the
bg and Dev feels something. She also feels his presence and is
looking around her. Mansaram asks what’s wrong. She says nothing and
they go up to the murtis, but Dev has already left from there. She
bows her head on the stand where the murtis are and it is the same
place where Dev had put the sindoor. (Mangalam Bhagvan Vishnu in the
bg). Dev is looking around and Radhika now has sindoor on her
forehead.
Dev doesn’t seen anyone so he walks
away. Radhika is shown in the same frame, smiling with sindoor in her
maang. She is excited and says after so many years she feels like her
Krishn Kanhaiya is around somewhere. She tells Kanha that she know
after 12 years the same auspicious day has come again and it is His
wish that she come here on this day. She says she knows He will unite
her with Krishn Kanhaiya right here. She asks for some clue so that
she can know he is there. A closeup shot is shown of her sindoor.
Viraat and Mohini arrive. He looks
worried to see all the people leaving. He wonders where is Dev. They
go in and meet Mahantji. He tells them Dev just left after completing
the pooja. Mahantji tries to explain everything to him but he is
angry. Mohini tries to calm him down but he shuts her up. He asks
Mahantji how could he do something so foolish. He says instead of the
Raj Purohit, the pooja has been done by a servant. Everyone is
watching the spectacle as he threatens Mahantji and leaves. Mahantji
is embarrassed.
Radhika goes to the panditji and gives
him the thali that is from their village. She then thinks that in
today’s pooja everyone came with their partner, but where is her
Krishn Kanhaiya? The panditji gives her prasad and tells her “Sadaa
suhagan raho.” She is shocked and asks him how he knew. He tells
her today is a very auspicious day and it’s good luck for husband and
wife to take blessing together. He asks where is her husband. She
says it is him she’s waiting for…since last 12 years and today it
feels like she will find him. He tells her that if one has faith then
nothing is impossible. He tells her to have faith and she will find
all her happiness on this day only…Kanha listens to everyone but
it’s difficult for all to understand his illusions (maya).
She thinks that panditji conveyed such
a deep thought, but how did he know she’s married. She thinks that it
is all Kanha’s Maya and then remembers Mansaram is waiting for her.
She goes looking for him and ends up by the tree (the one where they
had tied the red cloth). A woman gives her ‘suhagan ki nishaani’
which are sindoor and bangles. The woman says that may her husband
have a long life..and she is shocked again. The woman then tells her
that her sindoor is smeared and to fix it. Now she is really shocked.
She feels her forehead and finds sindoor there.
