The men from the company come to meet Bindya and they tell her that after repeated checking they have now come to know that seven crores fraud has been perpetrated by Sinha Parivar.
Bindya says that she can not believe. She says that she can not believe that Akilesh will do so. The Manger explains that they asked the accountants to check again and they also said the same. The people who invested their money want it back and there is no other way but for Akilesh to return the money. The Manager says that they have to deposit the money in the bank. He says Akilesh will have to sell his house to pay the money. (Already the previous day, the buyer who bought their land, had offered to buy his house. He must have had insider information.)
The Manager wants the chair man should sign. The workers and share holders want to make a case against Sinha Parivar. After the chairman signs the paper, they can seize the property. Bindya if they can not give money, they will not be able to settle. The manager says that if he does not pay, he will have to go to jail. Bindya is worried that they will come on the street or go to jail. Bindya thinks of Sinha Parivar, - she knows her son is there, even if he hates her, and she knows that he is mis-informed, and she does not want him to suffer. The manger says that other people too had put money, and they have to return the money. Bindya focuses her mind only on the plight of the family of Vinay, who has rejected her. This is not a normal situation, as it is a messed up mind, that holds her down. The Manger tell Bindya to read the file and then sign.
Raja looks on, and does not say anything to Bindya. He takes the file from her and reads and says, "Tiwari Ji, leave the file here, and we will read, sign it and return it to you." Mr. Tiwari, the manager goes home. "Good bye", he says. Bindya returns his wish with a "namaste."
Raja and Bindya are alone.
In the house of Akilesh, Suraj comes to see his uncle, whom he treats as a father. Akilesh is on his rocking chair, sleeping and Suraj stands in front of him, and he thinks the plight of his father. He is sad that his father is in distress, as he is looking at his father, Siddeshwar's photograph, hanging on the wall. Akilesh says that he is sorry. but he puts the blame on someone who has launched an attack on them, and he complains to his father. He is very upset. He can not face the consequences which he expects. Suraj sees him crying and turns away from him. Suraj hears Phoolsania who says she can not understand what is happening. Payal says she does not understand either. She says that father will be broke. Suraj is listening and is sad and does not understand what is happening. Payal says, we do not know who is behind all this, and Suraj thinks it is Bindya, mother whom he has now started to detest. He is determined to do something. He has the walk of a nit-wit, as his whole body and mind has been mutated by Punpunwali, from the time of his birth, just to take her revenge on Bindya, and this poor boy is paying for it, without knowing. He transfers his anger unknowingly on the wrong person. Ratan is also upset and throws his weight around and Suraj is going to help him to dress his wound. Ratan tells him to keep his false sympathy to himself. Suraj says his wife, Sakshi too is responsible and he will not forgive her. He thinks in his messed up logic, that all problems have started after she came into their lives. He does not know the part played by Akilesh and Punpunwali, in their marriage and the reasons behind it. He has been brain washed, and he thinks he is responsible for the tragedy that has befallen is family. I wonder if he can understand what is happening, as we are given conflicting views about his abilities to arrive at conclusions.
Prem asks what Kamini is doing when he sees her packing her clothes. She tells him that she is getting ready to leave. We are not aware where her mother is. Kamini says, that if the house is sold, - she had heard the man offering to buy the house - she wants to know where they are going to stay. She tells Prem, that she does not know why his father had to sell the land. Prem says he can not see her crying. In the house all are worried. Punpunwali is with her mother in law and is out of the loop. Kamini is worried what they are we going to eat, if there is no money. She knows they will be left on the street. Suraj is listening, without understanding. The only thing he knows that something is wrong and he is the cause of it. Prem says such a bad day will not come. Kamini asks how he could know as he does not know what is happening around him. All she knows is that bad days are coming and she wants to get out.
Sakshi and Suraj are thinking. She is holding him and telling him to be brave. She tells him that it is not his fault but he does not want speak as he thinks that she has been misleading him all this time. Suraj has come to believe that his mother Bindya is the main "Gunegar" in all this, as told to him by his saintly father and mother. He can not distrust them, whom he has been worshiping from the day he was born. They have brought him up, and how can they be wrong and this is how his logic works. Sakshi says that his conclusions are all wrong but again he shuts her up and he says, you too have a hand in it, you have brought this in my life, and I will not forgive you or myself. and walks off. Sakshi is stunned. Suraj goes to the Pooja Room, and complains to Durga Mata, his grand mother's favorite deity, and says that Bindya has caused all this.
Suraj is in front of Durga mata and pleads with her saying only she can save him. He says that due to his fault this is happening. He says only he is responsible for the destruction of his family, and durga mata is not saying anything to his mind. He tells her to show him the right way. "I want to find the way and get out. i am having hatred, and i do not take that woman as my mother, and I can not agree with her. He is telling this to his durga mata, and she knows that he does not know a thing. He admits that iit is not right to say these things to her, but he is desperate. Sakshi is listening and knows her husband is befuddled in this thinking and she can not dispel his madness. He hates his wife too. Durga Mata will have to settle this and that she know for sure.
At Bindya's place Raja is trying to reason with Bindya who is bent upon saving the Sinha family in spite of all what they have done to her. She knows that if she signs the family will be thrown on the road. Raja says, this is the answer of God to her prayers, and she should sign the paper. But she is ill at ease as the future of her son depends on it. She does not know what he is doing in Sinha house. She is in a forgiving mood. Raja reminds her that she has forgotten all the evil they did to her, and she is stuck to a dead relationship, which they do not honor, on the other hand they are hell bent on destroying her. Perhaps it is the Durga Mata who will turn the tables, which she had done so often in her life, in this very household.
Some unusual event will take place tomorrow as Bindya will come face to face with the Sinhas.
