Amala Paul Signed Malayalam Film Indian Rupee Opposite PrithvirajAmala Paul, the heroine who made waves in Kollywood with her Mynaa, is now going back to her roots in Malayalam films. She is going to play heroine opposite Prithviraj in the Malayalam film titled Indian Rupee directed by Renjith.

Amala at the moment is flying high in Kollywood and has three very good projects on hand. She plays Vikram’s wife in Deiva Thirumagal, Aadharva’s romantic pair in Muppozhudhum Un Karpanai and is Arya’s love interest in Vettai.

Remember Amala had made her debut in Malayalam through Lal Jose directed critically acclaimed Neelathamara, in which she had done a small, but significant role. She also did a cameo in Ithu Nammude Katha.

Amala Paul, the leading lady of Mynaa has decided to quit films as she is getting disturbed. There is nothing personal for her disturbance its only for her higher studies she is doing so. Though her debut flick Veerasekaran did not do well at the box office, Amala Paul shot to limelight for her controversial role in Sindhu Samaveli and later earned laurels for starring in critically acclaimed film Myna.

Since then there was no looking back for Amala as she is being flooded with plum offers in Kollywood. The actress is currently playing an important role in Pitha wherein she shares the screen space with Vikram and Anushka. Despite good offers that many actresses would envy, Amala has decided to quit acting as she is keen on pursuing higher studies and feels that acting is a hindrance to achieving this goal. Therefore, she has decided to quit acting for now and concentrate in studies.
