Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli 4th May 2011 Written Update
Karan is lying on the streets. Abha and Ranchod are in the car driving. Abha tells Ranchod to please drive faster. Abha says please look out on that side while driving and I’ll look on this side. Ranchod says ok. Abha prays and thinks to herself hey bhagwan please don’t disappoint me today. Please make me meet Karan today.
Dr. Aru is in a taxi. A police inspector signals the taxi to come to a halt. The inspector says please show the papers for the car. The taxi driver says the papers are at home. Dr. Aru says bhaiya please let us go. I know its wrong that he doesn’t have the papers with him. But I’m in a hurry. Please let us go. The inspector says madam you think this is a joke? He’s driving a taxi and that too without the papers with him. If you’re that much of in a hurry then please get another car. Dr. Aru gets out of the taxi.
Ranchod says he should be around here…The car screeches. Abha says arey what happened? Ranchod says I don’t know. I’ll check. He steps out of the car. He opens the hood to see what the matter is. By the time he’s done checking and closes the car’s hood Abha is not in her seat. Ranchod turns around and sees Abha running on the streets shouting Karan’s name. Ranchod yells Abha and starts running after her. Abha is frantically running on the streets not paying attention to the cars going past yelling Karan’s name. Ranchod is not far behind her. He is shouting Abha’s name but she is not paying attention. Abha comes to a stop in front of blood. Abha says blood? Ranchod catches up with her and says hey…Abha says I told you Ranchod…Ranchod says what happened? Abha says Ranchod Karan is in trouble. Look at this blood. It’s Karan’s blood. Karan is around here. Abha yells Karan..Ranchod says wait wait. Let’s ask someone. He signals someone. Ranchod tells Abha to calm down. Ranchod asks the guy whose blood is this? Was their an accident here? The guy says yes it was some man. Ranchod asks do you know who it was? The guy says I wasn’t able to see his face but 2 min ago his wife got him up and took him. Ranchod says his wife took him? Ranchod says to Abha wife…Abha’s thinking of what that lady told her that Karan is 2 courses away from where she was.
Dr. Aru has Karan with her. He tells the taxi driver to take them to a nearby hospital. She tells them to hurry up. She says to Neil please try to open your eyes. Thank God I found you. You’re life is in danger. Neil now I’ll never bring you to the city. And I’ll never leave you alone. The few moments I spent without you, I felt as if life was taken away from me.
Abha sits back in the car and thinks to herself how long will my life be upset with me? What hide n seek game are you playing with me Karan? Ranchod shuts the door nearest to Abha since she doesn’t do it herself. Ranchod asks shall we go? He starts driving. He stares at Abha who is in tears.
The entire family is still waiting for Abha and Ranchod’s return. Jaggu calls Ranchod. Ranchod says hello? Jaggu says Ranchod beta. What happened? Ranchod says um we didn’t find anyone. Jaggu says you two come back to the mandhir so we can finish up the rest of the wedding. Ranchod says no…right now Abha’s not feeling well so…We’ll finish the rest later. Right now let’s go home. Jaggu says but the rest of the rituals…Ranchod says nothing is more important than Abha’s life and health. So you all also go home. Jaggu says ok beta. They hang up. Abha looks at Ranchod. Abha says I want to go to the mandhir.
Abha says pandit ji did you see that woman who had her hair down…did you see that woman? Where did she go? The pandit says she had come here. But she left. Abha sks where? The pandit ji says but she comes here every Monday. Abha says I’ll come next Monday. Abha and Ranchod leave.

Shelly says arey why are you entering like that hiding your face? I know that the pheras aren’t complete but don’t you want to complete the rest of the rituals? Wait I’ll go bring the plate. Ranchod says there is no need to do all of this. Pratibha says no beta. Go Shelly go bring the aarti plate. Shelly goes to get it. Pratibha says to Abha and Ranchodmay no hurt come your way in your new life. Flashbacks are shown of when Karan and Abha enters the house for the first time after marriage. Shelly comes back with the aarti and hands it to Pratibha. Pratibha says may no one’s evil eye harm my children. Flashbacks are shown when Pratibha is doing the aarti to Abha and Karan. She hands the aarti plate back to Shelly. Jaggu places his hand on Abha’s head and says may you and Karan always remain happy. Abha looks at him. Jaggu glances at Ranchod. He corrects himself and says may you and Ranchod always remain happy. Shelly says its the same thing papa. Both of them have the same faces. And now in Abha’s heart she has the same amount of place for both of them. What difference does it make? Abha says it does make a difference. It makes a big difference. Abha walks away. Ranchod is about to say something to Shelly when Jaggu says Ranchod bete. Forget what she said. Abha still hasn’t been able to forget Karan. Please take care of her. Ranchod says you all don’t worry. Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli 29th April 2011 Written Update
The episode starts out with Abha crying on her bed. Karan is leaving to come to Ujjain. Abha gets visions in her sleep about Karan arriving in Ujjain. Then she sees Karan wheeling himself very fast. She gets up and yells Karan. Dr Aru says where are you going Neil? Are you ok? you scared me. Karan hears people around him calling for people going to the SB. Karan thinks to himself SB. I want to go to the SB. That’s my home. I want to go back to Abha. They sit in the taxi and drive to the hotel.
Abha’s parents and Jaggu go to Abha to pu t forward Pratibha’s wish of getting about re married. They all try to tell Abha to get married again. Abha is shocked and can’t believe they are telling her this. Jaggu says he already made one mistake and to fix that one he made another mistake by sending Abha and Karan to Mumbai to search for Ranchod. He also says that whatever happened there God is punishing him for. He expreses his feelings to Abha and says that this will be the best for the child’s future. Abha doesn’t know what to do. She asks herself what difficulty am I in? What should I do? She thinks No I can’t forget Karan. Those dreams surely meant something.
Dr. Aru asks Neil if he wants to rest. She notices the bed sheets are so dirty so she calls room service to change them. Room service says it’ll take an hour. Dr. Aru what do you mean one hour? I have a patient who wants to rest. Either you send the bedsheets quicky or bring the bed sheets quickly Karan isl ooking towards the window. Dr. Aru says you want to go outside She takes him near the window.
Abha takes a rickshaw to a mandhir. Ranchod sees Abha is going somewhere in a rickshaw. The manager comes in and Dr Aru says look at how dirty they are.
Abha gets off and says this is the exact spot I saw him. She asks a random person if there is a mandhir nearby. The person says no. I don’t know.
Dr. Aru says is this your room service that it’ll take 1 hour for a new bed sheet. The manager says madam its a new sheet. It’ll take time. Dr. Aru says ok if that’s the case then we won’t stay here. The manager says ok madam but you won’t get your money back. Dr Aru says you can the money to yourself. Ok.
Abha asks another person if he knows about the mandhir. The person says yes there was a mandhir here before but now there is a hotel there now. You go look yourself. Abha is like what? He asks the rickshaw driver to take her to that hotel.
Dr Aru calls someone and says I want to book a room in your hotel. Ok I’m going now. Abha reaches the hotel that Dr Aru and Karan are presently in. Karan is looking out the window and suddenly he spots Abha. Karan tries to say her name…Dr Aru comes behind him and says lets go. She pulls him away from the window. Karan keeps trying to say Abha. Abha walks in the hotel. She asks if anyone named Karan Prasad is staying here. The person says one sec. Dr Aru is wheeling Karan out. The person says sorry ma’am there is no one named Karan here. Abha asks her to check again and the lady says one sec. No ma’am he’s not on the list. Abha thinks how is that possible? It was this hotel. I even saw the room number. Abha leads her way to the room number she saw. Dr Aru is taking Karan out. As soon as Abha turns the corner Dr Aru and Karan go out of sight. Both of them are roaming around. Suddenly Karan is right in front of her but turned around in the other direction. But Abha’s phone rings. Abha says yes mom. CP asks where Abha is. Abha says I’m here tell me. CP says beta people are coming to see you. Come home on time. Abha says I’ll talk to you later and hangs up. Abha reaches the room and opens the door. She finds no one there. She says but this was the room. Where is Karan? She hears someone saying Abha behind her. She turns around and there is Ranchod. Abha says you? Ranchod says abe why are you here? Who’s room is this? What are you doing here? Abha says I no I saw this room in my dreams and Karan was in this room and he was calling me. Ranchod said Abha enough. You know Karan won’t come back. Come on. Abha says no he was in my dreams. He is here. Ranchod says Abha…Suddenly the police show up there.
Precap: Abha thinks I am marrying Ranchod ji but I still believe that Karan is still alive. Dr Aru says shortly we will reach Ujjain. Shelly says I’ll never let Abha and Karan be together. Never!
Abha’s parents and Jaggu go to Abha to pu t forward Pratibha’s wish of getting about re married. They all try to tell Abha to get married again. Abha is shocked and can’t believe they are telling her this. Jaggu says he already made one mistake and to fix that one he made another mistake by sending Abha and Karan to Mumbai to search for Ranchod. He also says that whatever happened there God is punishing him for. He expreses his feelings to Abha and says that this will be the best for the child’s future. Abha doesn’t know what to do. She asks herself what difficulty am I in? What should I do? She thinks No I can’t forget Karan. Those dreams surely meant something.
Dr. Aru asks Neil if he wants to rest. She notices the bed sheets are so dirty so she calls room service to change them. Room service says it’ll take an hour. Dr. Aru what do you mean one hour? I have a patient who wants to rest. Either you send the bedsheets quicky or bring the bed sheets quickly Karan isl ooking towards the window. Dr. Aru says you want to go outside She takes him near the window.

it starts with the inspector saying that ranchod is not in the lokap so he thought he must be home..has ranchod contacted anyone in the home???and jaggu says no and shelly remembers back the conversation of abha and ranchod..and goes and tell jaggu that abha knows where ranchod is...and abha says no i dont know where is he...and shelly takes abha's phone and sees it and tells the inspector that see there is an unknown number and it must belong to ranchod...abha is angry at shelly...and the inspector sees it and says that if ranchod is not found then u (abha) will be in a big trouble..as it is a crime to hide a criminal...and jaggu says that abha will never do anything wrong..and the inspector says hope so and leaves...and shelly goes to abha and says she knows where ranchod is and even kanika comes and says theat ur silence proves that u know where ranchod is..abha is thinking she cant say anything till ranchod and veer returns home...vimal says that if ranchod return also he will not stay in this anymore when veer says if ranchod will not stay then he too will leave...and ranchod and veer is shown...abha goes towards veer and sees his wounds and says thank god u r alright...she goes to ranchod and says i was so worried as the phone got cut...shelly is worried and ranchod starts walking towards shelly and says the criminal is in the lokap and soon will reveal the other culprit's name as well..and he ask shelly hos is her mother???all ok???shelly is silent when vimal says that whay happen to u veer u r also supporting ranchod the criminal...and veer was telling the truth when ranchod stops him saying that no point explaining to them all...and says that i dont want to stay here also and u all can have the SB...when shelly says that wow what a game are u playing..first u wanted the SB and now u dont want???what is the conpiracy between u and abha???and abha speaks up saying that all this game is only u play and i will never think any of such thing...she says i was silent till now as i was worried for ranchod and veer but now i can answer all ur questions...but ranchod stops her again but abha says no..all shud know ur sacrifice as if not they will keep blaming u...and she says to jaggu that ranchod knew that something will happen thats why he asked u to sign those SB papers...and she goes to vimal and says u think urself that if ranchod did not do that, then jaggu wud have gone to prison...and then veer says that he is alive coz of ranchod as well...as he dangered his life to save him...jaggu says i want to hear all this from ranchod himself..ranchod looks at abha and she nods...
ranchod begins by saying that his parents..that left him when he was born and gave it to other people..the other pparents raised him and though he was not raised in a joint family like them but he also knows how to maintain a relationship..he says that karan was his brother and he owes his life to him...and he had promised karan he will look after the family so how could he watch karan's father go to prison...he says when u all were cutting the cake i went to store room to smoke and flashback: ranchod enters the room to smoke andmis throwing his chewing gum when he notices the stack of money...he takes and look and finds it fake..he thinks something is fishy and decides to call the police when he receives a call and it is dushyant saying that if u want the safety of ur brother veer then in the party u have to give the SB to jaggu as it he has the power of attorney for it but at the moment according to the will is in ur name...and then veer continues saying that when he was returning from the market dushyant and others kidnapped him and threaten to kill him...he was very scared...and dushyant guy suspected ranchod at the police sation and somehow ranchod and pankaj(the inspector) came to rescue veer...he says that ranchod ricked his life to save him..he never accepted him but he came to rescue him...he ask vimal and kanika to accept him as their brother and he has accepted him as a son and brother...ranchod says no need as relationship is made thru heart and they will never accept him...and he starts to leave when jaggu says dont go..and abha too comes over and says thats true that relationship is made thru heart but what about the relationship that he made with verr, jaggu and prats...what will happen to them when he leaves..shelly interrupts again...she says that yes he shud not leave..she goes to abha and says that she mention everyone's name but missed out a name that is abha...ranchod is disgusted...shelly also says that there is a dil ka rishta between abha and ranchod already..and he is not only fulfilling the emptiness of karan at home but also in abha's life..and ranchod says to viaml to control ur wife...as i dont want to forget that she is karan's bhabhi...he says that u all think that i am having a very fun time staying in SB is it???no i am not as i am sick of listening to all this blames...he says he use to get better sleep in his house in mumbai but he is here as he has promised karan that he will take care of everyone...but these blames he cant take anymore and says that he is unlucky to have such father and brother and says all of u go to hell...prats stop him says dont blame the destiny as the destiny has brought veer and him together so one day all will be alright as well...and ranchod leaves...
the doc mom comes and ask has she booked the ticket to ujjain..and the doc is tying the thread on karan hand when she says how can she forget that..as it is for the recovery of karan..and says that she just hopes he gets better there and the mom says he will as the destiny has called him there so there must be something planned for him there...ranchod is leaving the house and prats stops him saying dont go...i got u after so many years but he does not listen..abha stops him saying just coz of some ppl hatred he is leaving behind the people who loves him but he still wants to leave..then jaggu stops him saying that he has already lost a son and dont want to loose another one..abha says to him again not to leave when shelly interupts again saying that abha why are u putting others ppl name to stop ranchod...u r the one who dont him to leave the house..ranchod is angry and starts leaving the house and jaggu holds him but then ranchod says why shud i stay and listen to shelly's blame...when prats fall on the ground...ranchod shouts maa and run to her..all run to prats and ranchd says to call for doc...the doc comes and see prats and all are gathered beside her...the doc says that they shud take care of her and shud not get any trauma...and then she leaves...abha is worried and she too is not feeling well and starts holding her stomach...jaggu notice this and goes to abha and ask is she ok???she says yes...jaggu ask her to go rest but abha says maa and jaggu says he is there with her she shud rest and he will send ranchod to give her medicine..abha leaves and ranchod walks towards jaggu and shelly is watching all this...jaggu says u go and give medicine to abha and i will be here...abha is in the room crying when rachod enters and tells her not to take stress and take care of herself...he says it is not good for her health...he says take ur medicine as it is time for ur medicine..he ask do u want to eat something but she says no...and ranchod leaves and abha is crying...in the morning thakur and CP comes to meet prats..jaggu brings them in...prats says it is nice to see u all and ask where is abha???CP ask how is she now and she says ok...she ask agian where is abha and jaggu answers that she is in her room...shelly is listening to their convo...and prats then says that for very long i have been thinking something but could not...but now dont know whethere will she be here tmrw or not and CP says why saying such thing..she will have a long life..and then prats says that she cant see abha's loneliness and she thinks that abha shud be again in a relationship...all are shocked and prats ask what u all think..all are speechless and then thakur speaks up saying abha is very lucky to have such MIL and FIL...they are not her inlawas but parents...prats says dont know whethere will abha accept it or not and CP says she will talk to her...shelly thinks that this will be great as abha will get married to anyone and leave the house and then ranchos will also leave the house...end

it starts with abha asking ranchod whoa re u protecting...and ranchod keeps telling her that she knows that he will not do anything for anyone else and he wanted money so he did the fake money business...abha is angry and saying that u wont tell me..fne i will find out myself and starts walking..ranchod is calling her but she just walks away...jaggu is trying to get the bail for ranchod but as it is saturday the court is closed so he cant get the bail orders...he is frustrated...he calls the magistrate but he is not answering..he goes to the inspector and ask him that he knows him and as it is saturday the court is closed and he is trying to call the magistrtae but he is not answering...the inspector says i am sorry i cant help u...jaggu is worried and goes and sit with abha and says he will try again when other inspector enters...his name is tiwari...tiwari and karna were friends and he greets jaggu...asking how is he and what is he doing here????he looks in the lokap and ranchod is sitting there and the inspector ask how come karan is in jail????jaggu gets emotional and says that is not karan but his twin brother ranchod..karan is dead...he asked what happened and jaggu says i also dont know as problems keep coming to my family...he ask them to go home and he will do what he can...jaggu and abha leaves when abha realizes she forgor her phone insode and goes to get it...
the inspector enters the lokap to see ranchod and tells him that he was karan's friend...and how destiny plays the game by giving u the same face as karan...he also says that karan was a good man...ranchod then says that yes he was..can u help me out for the sake of karan???and he ask what????they walk to a corner of the lokap and ranchod tells him that u know veer rite???he has been kidnapped and to make him safe i had to take the blame of this fake money...he says can u let me go out for 30 minutes as i need to find out where veer is and who has kidnapped him???abha overhears all this conversation...she goes to ranchod and says all are thinking that u did this for money but u r actually trying to safe veer...there is a goon in the police station listening to ranchod and abha conversation and keep looking back..ranchod notice this...he ask abha to return home and take care of all but not to mention about veer being kidnapped as he does not want jaggu and prats to be worried..he says once he has got all thing sorted he will call her..also she shud not be here at this places as she is pregnant...even the inspector ask abha to leave as he and ranchod will handle this...abha leaves...and the man also leaves with abha...feels like as he is folloring her...ranchod is worried...the inspector says that i will take the unit with me and we go find veer...but ranchod says they dont know who are they???and cant risk veer life..he says i will call u once i know where is veer and then u can come...he agrees..he brings ranchod out of the lokap as he is taking him somewhere...the inspector says again he is risking his work by getting him out and he shud come back...ranchod says he is karan's brother and he will not break his promise but rather die...
abha and jaggu retturns home and prats ask where is ranchod???and jaggu says that he cant get bail as it is saturday and can only get it on monday...vimal starts again saying why are we talking about ranchod???that gu destroyed their "izzat" as the police came to their house...also if he comes make home then he is a criminal and they dont want to live with a criminal...abha gets angry and says ranchod is not like this as he is...and stops..she cools herself and says that it is not proven yet that ranchod is guilty...she is thinking that he took the blame to protect veer...and there is a call on shelly phone form dushyant but she does not answer and abha says why isnt she answering????and she says she will answer later and abha gets suspicious and abha tries to grab the phone from shelly and in the struggle the phone falls and abhe was about to pick up when shelly takes it and goes to vimal and says see what abha did????vimal goes to abha and says that why are u protecting ranchod???i dont see what u see in him..and abha is thinking u cant see the truth as u have blind fold urself with the hatred for him...kanika also says that ranchod has only humilated the family and why is abha keep supporting him...abha is silent...
dushyant is with veer...and veer is tied up...he says that now his brother will take all the blame on him as he is with him...the man calls dushyant and says there is a problem and before he could say more someone has cover his mouth(they did not show but it is ranchod)...dushyant is angry ant satrs scolding veer...he says if ranchod plays a trick he will die..and satrs whacking him...he is really angry and throw the food to him saying u r hungry rite..eat it...and the paper the food was wrapped was the paper that has karan's photo...he sees it and takes the paper and starts to tear it into pieces...he gets angry and says he will kill everyone in his family...veer is scared...then the man enters and dushyant ask what happened???and we see ranchod also enters...he says that u thought that i will not come to safe my brother???he says to dushyant that looks like u forgot the last time beating u got from me..the scene shifts to karan as he is thinking the news and trying to write something...his condition is getting worse as he is worried...the doc enters and says why are u getting so restless???and looks at his pulse and says that it is very high...the mother is also there and says that poor thing he wants to say soemthing but he cant...the doc says i think we shud take him to the prayers room as it might sooth him...karan is in the prayer room and abha too is in the alter and doing the aarti...ranchod is saying u thougt that after karan there is no one left is it???and he starts to beat dushyant...he says that it must not be ur idea alone and ask him to say who is involved???when the inspector arrives and take dushyant with them and he says he will make him speak...ranchod goes and untie veer...and veer says thank u karan i knew u would have come my brother..and he sees ranchod...ranchod says he atleast called him brother...he is untieing him and when veer hugs ranchod and says my brother...he says though we all said so many things against u u still came to save my life...ranchod wipes his tears and says that it is ok and they shud go home as all think he has gone to market...

Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli 22nd April 2011 Written Updateh
Its morning at swarna bhavan, Abha comes to ranchods room and sees that he is asleep she knocks on the door and calls out ranchods name a few times till he wakes up and tells him that jaggu has called them downstairs. Veer comes to vimil and shelly's room to inform them the same thing: jaggu has called them downstairs. Shelly and vimil look at each other.
Everyone meets downstairs in the lobby. Jaggu is standing there. Vimil asks what is wrong. Jaggu says that since karan is not in the world the houses will, will be made again. But right now the house is in ranchods name. Ranchod smirks and everyone is shocked. Jaggu continues, but right now the power of attorney is in his hands so he can make a decision on who will get Swarna bhavan. Vimil is angry/confused.
Jaggu says that he has made many mistakrs in his life and doesn't want to do injustice to anyone. The will of the house is on the desk and jaggu tells everyone that whoever wants the happiness of this house can come and get it. He sits down on the chair and looks away. Pratibha comes towards him. Everyone looks at the envelope. Pratibha looks at everyone worried. Jaggu asks what is wrong. He calls out shelly and vimils name. everyone is quiet. Jaggu continues that yesterday they wanted to ruin the houses happiness, now what happened. Now that the papers are on the table why are they taking it.
Abha thinks that jaggu has made her decision easier and goes towards him. Shelly runs to the papers before her though and picks it up shocking everyone. Abha comes forward and takes blessing from pratibha. Abha says that she has chosen her happiness, she looks at jaggu and goes toward him and is about to take his blessing but jaggu stops her. Abha says that she doesn't want anything, not property nor the house, but only them. She says that Swarna bhavan was on karans name and as his wife she is willing to sign the release papers. She tells shelly to give her the papers, but Ranchod takes it first and says that he isn't. He takes the papers to jaggu and throws it on the desk and leans on the desk.

Shelly is narrating to Dushyant when she notices Kanika. Kanika walks around to stand next to Shelly. Shelly says Kanika what are you doing here? Kanika looks at Dushyant. She says what are you doing here bhabhi? Shelly says Kanika I...Dushyant interrupts and says whatever you had to tell me, I've heard it. Now I'm out. He leaves. Shelly says I came here to warn him to stay away from the SB and Abha otherwise it won't be good for him. How are you? Kanika says I'm fine. Prakash's mother made something special for Abha. I am going to give it. On the way the auto broke down and while searching for another one I saw you. Shelyl says how you'll do all of this? Kanika says this is all an excuse. At least I can come home otherwise if Papa had it his way he'd stop that too. Shelly thinks to herself she is also a part of the SB. I have to also stop her from coming to the SB forever.
Jaggu is sitting worried. Pratibha comes to him. She says what are you thinking? Jaggu says Pratibha after Karan left and after Ranchod came, the situations in the house have changed. Abha says to Shelly Ranchod is the son of this house. Shelly says she will want this guy to stay here and never leave. Otherwise who will fill in for her husband? Abha is about to slap Shelly bhabhi when Karan stops her. He says you don't fall into this. Stay quiet. He walks towards Shelly. Jaggu comes by Abha's side. He says no beta don't cry. Shelly doesn't have the strength to understand the bonding and relationship of a family. Whether anyone trusts you or not, I have full trust on you and Ranchod. Understand everyone? Shelly says I understand. They are your own and I'm a stranger? Why did I come here? Fine. I'll go back to my mother in Dehli. Vimal let's go. VImal says no need to Shelly. We will not leave from here. Papa. You understand one thing carefully. If anyone will go from this house then that will be the person who has no right in this house. Let's go Shelly. Ranchod is frantically searching for Abha calling her name. He sees her on the balcony just standing there. Karan is trying to write on the paper that was provided to him. Ranchod runs to where Abha is. He is scared she is going to do something stupid. He pulls Abha and gives her a tight hug. Seems like Pratibha is walking towards them. Ranchod says you don't do this pagal. Why are you scared? I'm with you nah. Pratibha is walking upstairs. Ranchod continues says I'll take care of you. Abha is confused and says Ranchod ji. Ranchod goes on and says I'm with you and if anything happens to you what will happen to me. Think about that. He is still hugging Abha. Pratibha notices from a distance. Abha says I'm fine. I'm fine Ranchod ji. He lets go. Ranchod comes back to himself. Ranchod says woh I saw that you...this...I thought...Abha says that I would kill myself? Even if all the happiness in my life is snatched away, but the wish of meeting Karan won't let me die. Ranchod says ok I also think the same. You should never lose hope. The world is all about hope. The night will pass by quickly. And the new morning will wash away this night.

Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli 18th April 2011 Written Update
Both Abha and Karan are in the hospital just a room apart. A paper is shown that has Abha Karan Prasad’s name on it. Karan’s eyes open. He says to himself Abha is somewhere here. She is in this hospital. Dr. Arundati says to someone excuse me form please? She says thank you. The doctor with Abha says to Sid you’ll have to get some tests done. Only after that I’ll be able to say something about her condition. Dr. Arundati says you take him him until then I’ll fill out the form. Abha and Karan are both wheeled away. Karan is awake, but Abha is not. They are heading in the same direction coming from opposite sides. Karan and Abha brush past each other. Dr. Arundati and Sid bump into each other slightly but keep walking past each other. Abha and Karan’s hand touch each other. Karan lets out a faint but loud ABHA. Abha’s eyes open suddenly. Karan is trying to say Abha but is not successful in letting his voice out.

Doctor lady asks shelly who she is and where she is taking karan. Shelly stutters and mother dum dum says that she is a far relative of "neel" and since his life is in danger, Maithali is taking him away. Doctor lady says that she cant take him anywhere. She is his doctor and she is treating him and begins to take him away when Shelly grabs her wrist.
Transforming into Nautanki queen, shelly with fake tears says, so what, she is his sister. Doesn't she want his well-being. Now a doctor is more important than family???
Doctor lady is mega pissed and hurt and says that karan has been staying with her for so many days and no one came to see him, and now there is talk about the family. Karan reacts and grabs on to doctor lady's hand and shakes his head in a "nooo" way and has tears in his eyes.
Nautanki queen says that they have to go so let them go. Doctor lady stops her and says if his life is in danger then they should go to the police where they can ask for protection. Nautanki queen stutters about. She says, why do they have to go to the police. The family name will be ruined. Karan grabs doctor lady's hand tighter and shelly screams that keep him. Karan continues to shake his head. Shelly says you can treat him but whenever she wants she will come see him. Doctor lady says to shelly to leave her name and phone number and when he is better, shelly can bring legal proof of their relationship to take him away. Shelly is shocked.
Karan continues to cry. Doctor lady asks shelly her name, shelly says "Maithili" and that her information has been given to mother dum dum.
Of course mother dum dum cant handle the fact that karan is not leaving the house and says to doctor lady to let shelly/Maithili to take him. Doctor lady says refuses and tells her to shut up. The servant takes karan inside. Everyone goes inside and shelly is mega pissed. "I didn't think that this doctor will take care of karan so well. Now I know where karan is. One more play and karan is in my hand.
PRECAP: Karan tries to say abha's name and doctor lady asks If "Maithili" is not really his relative.
Doctor lady gives karan prayer food. She tells him not to worry because he will never leave him and he cant leave without her permission even if they are his relatives. Karan remembers shelly's treatment to him and her words when she will throw abha out of the house. Doctor lady says that she didn't think that shelly was his relative otherwise he wouldn't have acted so strange. Karan has a flashback of when abha was at the door and when she hugged his bed. Karan tries to says Abha but doctor lady doesn't understand and thinks that he means that shelly isn't his relative. She tells him not to worry and that she has his number and that she will find out who she really is.
Abha looks out the window and remembers all the happy moments with karan while a song plays.

Ranchod comes and abha snaps back to reality. Ranchod says that he is glad she is smiling, and that he looked for her everywhere. Abha says that until karan is found, she can only smile and laugh with his memories. Ranchod says that she should be happy for karan's baby, and that he has booked the tickets to go home for tonight but until then they should eat because she hasn't had anything all day. Abha says that she isn't hungry. Ranchod says that she has to eat for the baby. He explains to her how necessary it is for her to eat. Abha has a flashback of when karan said that she will have a cute baby abha, and agrees.
Mother dum dum comes and tells doctor lady to come and eat. Doctor lady refuses and tells her to tell the kaka to bring her food here because she wont leave neel/karan/ranchod. That lady/shelly just read the newspaper and came, who knows what she was going to do. She asks if mother dum dum saw how the lady's/shelly's face paled when she mentioned the police.
Doctor lady scold mother dum dum for letting someone try to take him without knowing anything. Mother dum dum remembers Abha who came earlier. Karan remembers Abha. Mother dum dum cant remember the name but karan tries to say abha but cant. Doctor lady comes to mother dum dum and asks what the name was. Mother dum dum says that the way the girl came, she thought she was mental. Doctor lady says that neel/karan/ranchod can hear everything they say, and they go out.
Outside the room the doctor lady asks again. Mother dum dum remembers that the girl was from UJJAIN. Doctor lady says maybe she was abha karan prasad. Mother dum dum says that she thought it was a crazy lady. Karan has tears in his eyes. Doctor lady scolds mother dum dum for not letting her in the house when she called abha to come. Mother dum dum explains herself and doctor lady says that she will call for security and then she will call jaggu to find out whats going on. Karan prays that someone will come to him.
TOMORROW: Abha calls for the waiter and sees shelly and questions her why she lied.

Shelly, who introduces herself as Maithily, tells Arundhati's mother that she doesn't want to put their lives to risk and hence, decided to take Neel along with her.
Before Shelly can leave with Neel, Arundhati arrives and stops her. When Shelly reveals Neel's life was in danger, Arundhati suggests taking police help. Shelly panics and agrees to allow Neel to stay with Arundhati.
Ranchod tells Abha that he has arranged the flight tickets for Ujjain. He also convinces Abha to consume food for the sake of the child growing in her womb.
Arundhati's mother tells Arundhati about a woman from Ujjain, who had come searching for Neel. Arundhati believes the woman was none other than Abha. Karan who overhears their conversation cries helplessly.

Abha continuously bells the door! Karan is trying his best to get Abha's attention. She doesn't notice. She tries knocking on the door. She keeps belling continuously. No one opens the door. Karan is saying Abha. Abha says open the door. Finally the mother opens the door and says yes. Abha says namaste. I'm Abha. Is Doctor Arundati there? The mother says no she is not at home right now. She has gone out. If you have to get any treatment done then go to the hospital. Abha says no no actually I wanted to meet her patient that is staying here. Karan says Abha. The mother says there is no patient here. You go. Abha says arey she told me. I had his cough to. The mother says my brother was here. You probably heard him. Go. Abha says please I request you. Let me see the patient once. Abha barges in. She screams Karan. I know that Karan is somewhere here. She frantically searches. The mother is mad. She says you cant come into the house forcefully like this. Her eyes suddenly meet the bed. No one is there. Shelly has grabbed Karan and is hiding him so that Abha cannot see him. Shelly says to Karan be quiet. Abha asks the mother was anyone here on the bed? Shelly is still hiding Karan. Abha continues all of this....My Karan was here. Karan tries to make noise as Shelly tries to cover his mouth. Abha says please don't lie to me. Was my Karan here? The mother says I told you nah there is no patient here. And you already saw. And still you're not convinced. The patient that my daughter was talking about was in the hospital. And his family has already come and gotten him. Abha is sad. Karan tries to make noise but Shelly is covering his mouth. Abha touches the bed and says My Karan was here. He was here. He makes noise again. This time it seems as if Abha heard something. Shelly says be quiet. Abha slowly walks over to where she hears the noise. Shelly says to him be quiet. Abha takes her hand about to move the curtain. When she is about to see Karan, Dr. Arundati's mother grabs her says this is enough. Are you going or shall I call the police? Abha says I heard something from there. The mother says get out from here. I told you to get out. Abha says my husband got in an accident...His car fell in off a cliff. I searched for him.....The mother cuts her off and calls her servant. He comes and says yes madam? The mother says kick this madam out of the house right now. The servant says madam get out....Abha says ok. I'll leave. I read about him in the paper that's why....Forgive me. On her way out she notices Shelly bhabhi's purse. Abha says this purse? Whose is it? The doctor says the purse is my daughter's. Ok? Now leave. Get out. The mother goes and fixes the curtains. Abha stares back. She finally turns her back and leaves. Karan is trying everything he can to get her attention but Shelly bhabhi is covering his mouth tightly.
Shelly and the mother are helping Karan on the bed as if they are both innocent. Shelly is like carefully. The mother says to save his life I did exactly what you said. But who are you? How are you related to him? And what is his name? Karan is looking at Shelly who looks back. Shelly says to him what happened? What happened to you Ranchod? Ranchod is his name. I'm his distant sister. Karan shakes his head as if saying no.
The sad "Tum mere Kaun Ho" song plays as Abha is walking on the street. Flashbacks are shown of Karan's accident.
Sid joins her and says so did you meet your friend? Abha says there really was no one there. But my heart is saying that Karan was there. His scent was there. There was something that was right in front of me but I couldn't see. Sid says what are you saying? I can't understand.

Abha says when I called Dr. Arundati I heard someone coughing a lot on the other line. And it sounded exactly like Karan. And even today when I went to her house and I felt as if.....I searched the whole house but no one was there. And her mother said that there was no patient that came there. But I don't know as if she was hiding something from me.....Sid asked did you search the whole house? Abha says yes. Sid says did you find anyone? If you didn't find anyone then no one would be there. And why would the doctor's mom lie to you? She has no reason to be enemies with you...Look Abha this might be your imagination. Abha says this is not my imagination. I even saw a purse that resembled Shelly bhabhi's purse. All these things cannot be a coincidence. Sid says but Shelly bhabhi was supposed to come by this morning's flight to Mumabi. Abha says but still I feel as if something is wrong. Sid said are you doubting Shelly? Abha says yes. Sid says ok we'll call Vimal and ask him what time Shelly is leaving for Mumbai. If she is leaving this morning then your doubt will be cleared. He dials his phone.

Dr. Arundati calls the SB. Abha ignores the phone call. Finally one of the servants picks up the phone and says hello. Dr. Arundati says hello. I'm Doctor Arundati speaking. May I speak with Abha Karan Prasad? The servant says that Abha is in the mandhir. He tells the Dr. if she can hold on and he'll go call her. Dr Arundati says no no if she's in the mandhir don't disturb her prayers. Do one thing. You write down my number and also give me her number. Tell her to call me whenever she is free. The servant says ok and writes down the number.
The doctor tells Karan that she'll be right back. Karan is sleeping.
Finally Abha gets up from the mandhir. The servant tells her that DR. Arundati called. He gives her the number and Abha dials the number. The phone keeps ringing. Karan is sleeping and Dr. Arundati is not in the room. The phone continues to ring. Finally Karan's eyes open. He struggles but says Abha continuously. He struggles and tries to reach the phone. Finally he turns the speaker on and begins coughing continuously. Abha says hello hello. Can you hear me? Karan's coughing continues. A flashback is shown of a moment when Karan coughs exactly like he did on the phone. Abha is shocked. She says hello hello. She says Karan? Karan tries to move the phone closer to him and in the process drops the phone to the ground. Abha says hello. Please say something. Abha keeps saying hello please say something. My trust becomes stronger that you are somewhere Karan. You are somewhere here but I cannot see you. My heart is not ready to accept that the voice on the phone wasn't wasn't yours. Maybe you'll feel better going somewhere else. You go with Ranchod to Mumbai. Abha looks at Jaggu and says Papa? He walks towards Abha and says don't lose hope beta.
