Amma gets medicine for Runjhun who is in bed with fever, and helps her take it. As Runjhun rests, Amma goes to shrine in Runjhun's room, and pleads fro a solution. She says that Guddu has given her granddaughter, tears of blood, and he should suffer the same. She says that he's maligned her honor in such a way, that she can't even find a boy for Runjhun. She asks God fro a way out for Runjhun.
Guddu is still shocked at whatever he heard, when Kukkan and Jabbo come to him and discuss something about one of them trying to be in movies. Guddu is barely listening when Jabbo asks him what the matter is. Guddu looks at him but his mind is elsewhere. Jabbo comments that the phone must have been from Runjhun Mishra, which sets Guddu off and he pushes Jabbo away in anger before taking off on his bike in anger. Kukkan and Jabbo say that definitely something is the matter. They haven't seen Guddu like this before.
Amma tells Mittho that Runjhun's fever keeps on going up, and requests her to call the doctor. Mittho says that what is the need to call the doctor, if she brews the herbal medicine and gives it to Runjhun, it will make her fine in a day. Amma then requests Mittho to make the herbal medicine, which make Mittho want to bite her tongue for suggesting it in the first place. She tells Amm that she would have made it, but she doesn't have the necessary ingredient like jaggery, etc. She passes the task to Kalsanwali who also says she doesn't have the ingredients and says Billo purchased those yesterday. Billo says she doesn't know how to make the herbal brew and even if she did she wouldn't make it. Amm says that their words are bitter than the medicine, and decides to brew it herself instead of leaving it to the aunts.
The phone rings and Amma picks up the phone. Lakhan Mishra answers on the other end saying he's always concerned about her and Runjhun, their only well-wisher. Amma asks him why he's called. She's already sending him money, and asks him whether he didn't receive the last payment. He says it's not about the money. He is sad on hearing about Runjhun's broken engagement. He says he's found a boy in Kanpur that is really nice, and very wealthy too. Amma says she doesn't trust him, to which he replies that he is much better than her daughter-in-laws who don't want Runjhun to get married and serve them in the house for entirety. He says that Runjhun's name was marred in Kannauj but in Kanpur no one will know. He tells Amma to consider it, and Amma hangs up the phone.
Guddu drives up to an isolated place where a house/building looks like its been burned down. There's a woman standing in front of the building and Guddu walks up to her.
Runjhun is sleeping when Mittho comes in and curses her mentally saying that she is sleeping like a queen. She takes the cloth that is placed on the forehead, and instead squeezes rh water on Runjhun, waking her in the process. She apologizes that it wasn't intentional, and Runjhun says its fine. Mittho then tells Tunjhun that her uncle gave her some lottery tickets and she can't figure out what numbers would be winning numbers, and asks her to pick some. Billo interrupts them and brings in a fresh stock of saris carried by Buntu and asks Runjhun to check it. Runjhun is confused but Billo says that from now onwards Runjhun will check the stock to make sure nothing is wrong with it. Kalsanwali comes in and pushes aside everyone, and hand Runjhun a pad of paper and pen.
She wants Runjhun to write a speech for her father's next election. Runjhun says she's never written a speech before, and all the three aunts argue that Runjhun will do their work first. Kalsanwali tells Runjhun to write a speech and narrates some nonsensical words put together that no one understands including Runjhun. Amma comes and Mittho and Kalsanwali grab their stuff and hide it. She asks them what they are doing here, and why can't they let Runjhun rest. Runjhun says it wasn't anything big, and narrates what her aunts wanted her to do. Amma tells them that Runjhun won't do anything. Mittho complains that she won't even let them give Runjhun light work, and they all leave. Amma wonders what the three aunts are up to, trying to give Runjhun work like that.
The woman tells Guddu something that makes him cry and fall to his knees. He seems angry and frustrated as well as sad. He composes him self, and says that he will leave Kannauj. He says that he will leave tonight itself.
The uncles and aunts are discussing the events of the day, and Vishnu and Rajju says that they shouldn't have doen what they did, because Amma will start suspecting that they know Runjhun is lucky. Rajju says that any work they want done can be done slowly, and there no need to hurry.
Amma comes by the door and hears the uncles and aunt discussing Runjhun and stays to listen. Mittho tells Rajju that Amma is already planning on getting Runjhun married. Usha told her that Amma had gone to see about a proposal. Vishnu tells Mittho not to worry, as no boy in Kannauj will marry Runjhun. He says they won't let anyone else marry Runjhun either, and she will be stuck with them. Billo wonders what they will do about Amma. Kalsanwali says that Amma is already old and almost close to her grave, and even if she isn't they can always ensure a quick route. Amma is worried and disturbed the conversation of her sons and daughter in laws.
Guddu goes to his home (I believe it's his home) and opens a chest and rifles through his stuff, and is in tears. He picks up a photo of a female, and shakes his head. He says that if anyone in Kannauj would see him now, they would be shocked to see him in tears. He says he's stone-hearted, and has no feeling according to them. He says he can't let them see what he really is, and has to be stone-hearted because otherwise the world would eat him alive, He looks at the photo and tells the girl/woman in the picture that he can't lie to her. After all all his feelings are inspired from her.
Precap: Mittho is crying saying that all is lost, as her daughter (I think she means her daughter) took everything and ran away.
